I have seen many doctors and had Physical Therapy, and nothing helped. This chronic pain made my life miserable. I had to miss out on activities that I love, including horseback riding and walking my large dogs. Never have I met a surgeon as excellent as Dr. Caruso, he is a Godsend to me. In a fast-paced world with high patient demands, Dr. Caruso always takes his time to listen to my concerns, is calm and caring, and takes into consideration and addresses all of my concerns, no matter how big or small. He is brilliant, and I trust my health to him. I was terrified of having spine surgery. He listened to my concerns, addressed them, provided realistic, medically sound reassurance, and supported me through the surgical and post-op recovery process. He addressed my concerns about pain and never made me feel like my concerns were not valid. He responded promptly to any issues I had. He also treated my son for a sports-related injury, and we had another fantastic experience with his kindness, guidance, concern, and thorough follow-through. I can not say in an email how much I appreciate all Dr. Caurso has done for me and my son. He is the best surgeon I have encountered and his medical team is also amazing. His staff answer calls quickly and kindly. I am glad I found him and his team. I will soon return to my love of horseback riding and working my farm. “The reviews here on google are fake! Check Yelp if you want to see their real reviews. This place is HORRIBLE! My father was here for one day before I checked him out for his own safety. I went to visit my father and found him laying there in dried urine. I pressed the call light and it literally took an hour for someone to come. I had to clean everything up myself. They gave him a wheelchair that had someone else’s dried feces all over it! The room phone had dried blood on the side of it. 4 patients share one toilet that did not work! So feces began to pile up. Just walking the halls here you can see call lights being left on for hours and patients literally screaming for assistance. When I voiced my concerns to the staff I was told there was no one in charge! So I spoke to a nurse who was very rude and told me she had already clocked out for the day so it wasn’t her problem. I later learned of the open cases of elder abuse this place has. If you love your family member, DO NOT send them here. There are much better places nearby.”
