“Terrible service. Crewe Main Sorting Office Weston Road public office. Was the main post sorting office Two hours in the morning then two hour in the afternoon. No wonder TNT, UPS and DDP are doing so well. Come on Royal Mail wake up and smell the coffee.”

“I had an outstanding experience at the post office yesterday while exchanging my foreign driving license for a GB license. Sumbal, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to assist me. She patiently helped me complete the necessary paperwork and even took care of packaging my documents with great attention to detail. Sumbal's friendly and helpful attitude made the entire process a breeze. I wish more places had such wonderful customer service. A definite 5-star rating!”

“The staff were wonderful. I inquired about a new release which resulted in a lovely chat about books & other things. I used to come in to borrow books, cds & DVDs alot, but have been enjoying their online offering more in the last few years. The computers were also great when I used them in the past. The Ideas Store is a great place to come when you just want to be surrounded by books. I love that there are a few chairs to sit in too. There's always great displays which make me wish I had more time to read all of them. I think this branch is trying to do more events too, which is fabulous. Libraries are such an important part of our community. The Canary Wharf one has always been very friendly & welcoming.”
