“Terrible service, the quality of the work is good but the treatment and follow-up is terrible, no one gives you follow-up. For a case they can write to you from various phone numbers but no one solves the follow-up of your cases. They send you a lot of advertising but no one knows anything when you write or call them. They have misleading advertising for their “SUPPOSED” discounts, no one knows or solves anything. From the treatment you realize that the employees don't care if the business loses, they should be paid on commission so that their vision changes.”

“This place is absolutely fantastic. I teach English and often print large workbooks and whatnot, but the prices and service here are unbeatable. I'm fairly certain there's someone there who speaks English but the service is somewhat intuitive so I wouldn't think language is a barrier. I had a ~200 page book printed, covered and spiral bound along with 30 color pages of flyers printed. The gentleman quoted me a price of 200pesos. I ended up paying something like 140. The most time consuming part was me fiddling on my phone trying to sent the documents to them for printing. I think I was there for maybe 25 minutes. Seriously cannot recommend a better service.”
