From the pricing, to order placement and selection of details like soft touch finishes and card weight, to graphic design questions, to progress and shipping updates, I felt really cared for and supported. My amount of questions was extensive. Yet Lisa, Gabe, Isaiah, and Skylar were so polite and professional. The decks came out exactly how I hoped and designed, and so consistent. The soft touch on the 2 part box feels so luxury, and the cards with the classic finish are so buttery and easy/pleasant to shuffle. Print quality is excellent. Shrink wrap is high quality and very easy to see through. I’m honestly so impressed at the craft of these, and I think the quality of these decks-I chose some upgrades such as thicker cards, and soft touch heavy two part box- rivals or exceeds the quality of fine tarot and oracle decks available on the market.
