“Great service! They took the time to explain the steps properly and recommended I sent a picture of my documents before sending them over. When I did that they immediately spotted the mistake the notary made and sent me a video with instructions. Once sent they got the apostille done and mailed my documents back the same day. Also, the fee was way more reasonable than a quote I got from a different place. Would highly recommend.”

“UPD: changed the rating from 1 to 5 stars. They made me a refund, although that was not the purpose of my review. I’m not sure if last time back in May I was charged less for 4 photos, but I got 4 for half the price I paid in August. I’m glad the owners reacted to my review and resolved the issue. As mentioned before, the service was good. The service is what it’s supposed to be. I’m giving one star for the price. The time difference between my two visits is 3 months. Same service - 4 passport/visa photos. Price increase is 100%. I didn’t check the price before my second visit expecting something similar to price I paid last time. They charged $43 for 10 min of work. That’s $258/h. Not a bad hourly rate, right? I had to pay due to urgency, but I won’t use their services again.”

“I contacted the funeral home based on a friend’s recommendation. They were efficient from the very beginning of the process till the end. My sister and I didn’t request a funeral service because we were going to take our mom’s ashes to CA for a memorial service there. Unexpectedly some of my mom’s friends and church members wanted to come to the private viewing of the cremation. Jessica quickly prepared a room with my mom’s photograph and allowed us to hold an impromptu funeral service in Austin before the cremation. She was empathetic and caring the entire time. Jessica also knew of my sister’s plan to take the ashes to CA and then to a location outside of the US and provided all documentation necessary for my sister to travel with our mom’s ashes. Both my sister and I were pleased with services that we received from Harrell Funeral Home.”
