“Wanted to sell my PC: I talked to their sales person (Richmond) and another sales person, both told me the same price and I gave them the exact specs and model number of my prebuilt pc. I told them in advance I don’t want them to lie to me and then when I show up they change the price, they gave me their word and I ubered from Mississauga (hour commute each way). When I got to the store the clerk cut the price by a third instantly without even checking the specs, Richmond told me he’d write a note so the person there would know but he absolutely didn’t honour that. He didn’t even check the specs, he just flat out denied it. their “boss” said “I get to choose what I buy and what I don’t”… well you also choose who to hire and are responsible for your employees mistakes. They tried to rip me off with a price cut of over 30% and said they can’t do anything about that. Here’s an idea, don’t lie on the phone and waste peoples time. I spent so much money on Uber and so much time because of a promise they couldn’t honour. Totally unprofessional and unfair, as a boss you shouldn’t scam people and you need to own up to your employees mistake. Shame on infotech for this behaviour.”

“I was working with Drake agency yesterday I forgot to put my phone in the locker and went on the floor. I know it’s not legal to take your phone on the floor and I took it mistakenly. So I went back and security asked me where did you get this phone I said I already came from the same door of security metal detector machine and I forgot to take out my phone so now I am back here again to put my phone is the locker. So this incident now took my job I got call from agency and they said they are not interested to work with you. So instead of charging that security person and changing the metal detector they took my job what if I didn’t went back to the locker room and what it I put my phone in the pocket for whole day. Until unless I update them that I do have phone then they will get to know. Dear sir/manager/owner/HR just because of your security team and your metal detector which was not working properly I lost my job. It’s my humble request that to upgrade it or change it. Unless many people will lose their job just because of this silly things.”
