“First Bank of America did me dirty with my credit cards then turned my cards over to Rubin &Rothman who sent a process server to my house on a Sunday morning to say that i have been served. Went to court to negotiate with them about my 2 cards. They refuse to lower the debt on the card that had the highest limit and only took off $500 off the 2nd card. Started making my payments monthly, they cashed my checks yet twice they sent me a letter stating that they have not received my checks yet qhen i checked my bank account i saw where they cashed my checks the same date they sent me the letters. I wrote them a letter stating that they cashed my checks so therefore the letter they sent me need to be removed from my records. I also sent them copies from the bank to show that they cashed my checks. Their staff or departments need to communicate with each other before sending out threatening letters to clients.”
