“This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating! But google doesn’t allow anything less! This place is high way robbery! Disgusting prices and service! Not only did I get charged $645 for a new screen on my daughters phone and a new battery in which they told me was a genuine Apple part ( lies ) they quoted me $99 diagnostic fee that apparently MUST be done before repairing the screen on my sons iPad, then a further $390.00 just for the screen!!!!! They are RUDE and extremely unprofessional! I have 100% been ripped off and will be taking this further to the office of fair trading! While I was in getting my daughter’s phone repaired there was another unhappy customer complaining at the counter when the staff member belittled them, shamed them, and used the most horrible language! I was appalled while standing there with my two young children! Not to mention the man working who was wearing pants what had half of his rear end hanging out, as almost indecent exposure to the public! Extremely slopping service! Now my rant is over about this company! If you want good service head over to see ALEX at repairs near me on Bulcock street Caloundra! He has fixed my son’s iPad for $180.00 put a screen protector on $20! Honest and amazing customer service! Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH KING IT THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND WILL ROB YOU OFF YOUR $$$$$”
