“When I first came across this business I was very excited to work with them. The first impression was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately that was short lived. I requested that they seal the holes, place traps for raccoons and feces removal in attic. The technician that came out to seal the holes but they look like the images below…one isn’t even sealed….more money to get someone else to come out and seal and look more presentable. They never removed any feces or set up traps and that was listed in their notes. Yet I was charged 1400 bucks. Before they left I asked them about fences removal, they refused to complete that task. I asked for photos of sealment…they refused that as well. I’m 8 months pregnant and had to get on a ladder to take the photos provided below. I’ve called for over a week now to get an adjusted bill. The manager is never available, or I get told that I will get a call back and never do. I reached out to the inspector for an adjusted bill because I was told that he could do that since he made the agreement…he took off 200 bucks. No one has apologized for this poor service. I was told they are not a roofing company which is fine, they aren’t a roofing company, But if the work is gonna look like the images below then a disclaimer is needed. My money has not been returned. I will never use this company again. I would advise the next person to proceed with caution if this is the company you want.”
