The staff members are warm and friendly. There’s also a team that properly maintains every floor daily. “Nice building and location. A number of popular and good restaurants, bars and cafes, park, supermarket, bookstore, and convenience shops are within walking distance. Won't be complete without a church. Units are likened to hotel single/queen bed rooms, but with an additional kitchenette. Sufficient for short stays up to a month for travelling singles / couples. Views from the room are gorgeous. WiFi is available for your room and nearby, but unavailable in the lobby. Unfortunately, the time I was visiting, was not given any notification on closure of the pool for repairs/maintenance. My poor swimsuit couldn't get a breather. 😅 High security in the building, but if having visitors, advanced notice to the guards should suffice. Had 16 people over for my friend's wedding preparations and gathering pre-shoot and wedding. Also, there is a security panel in the room where the security can buzz to check with the person staying there if the visitor is valid. CCTV view possible. Drawback is that there is a registration and security desk at the lobby, but no baggage holds available. Bellhop service is available.”

It could be improved by better communal air con. The air con in public areas I believe needs repair and hasn’t worked for some time. The gym is particularly difficult to use without aircon and you have to limit time on CV equipment due to your body overheating.”
