The amenities are a great and the community is very dog/animal friendly, no breed restrictions. Maintenance is always quick to reply as are the office staff, who are a delight to speak to! They are always trying to improve the community and add new features, such as a bike hub where you can safely store your bike in a well-lit area. If you are looking for an affordable place in the downtown area of Carmel this is it!”

“I've lived here now for almost 3 years, and have never personally had any problems! Very well kept grounds, and very nice office staff! To me it's a bit of a hidden gem in Elkhart as I think it's one of the nicer apartment complexes in the area. The apartments are pretty spacious, and relatively up to date. It's nice that they have Smart locks, that you no longer need a key for. The pool is very nice very clean, but tends to get very crowded in the summer as it's a great place to be! I'm planning on living here for quite a while longer, and can't really think of any other place to be!”

“Only been here for a week but one thing prompted me to give a 5 star review: Steve from maintenance! I've been in a couple of similar apartment complexes before and maintenance would always be a pain. Wasn't thrilled to have to submit a maintenance request so early due to a faulty hanging wall rack in the closet... but Steve came around the very next day, acknowledged our issue, scheduled a next day appointment so he could get the necessary tools, and came around the next day to fix it, all with a level of professionalism, positive attitude and friendliness that were pretty admirable, he even gave me some great tips on wall anchors! So huge props to Steve and very happy with how my maintenance request was handled, deserves a positive review!”

“I personally do not live here, however I consider this my community. My responsibility to my community is to help promote healthy living spaces for our children and peers. This apartment complex has always been in management crisis and changes management more often than I’d like to admit. This is the worst I’ve ever seen it. This management has been reported to be negligent on groundskeep and maintenance to the property and property units. We are all aware that keeping the maintenance of property inside and outside is important to ensure rodents and pests are kept from living spaces. These rodents and pest are not only unsanitary but very hard to control and eliminate once infested. They make sure they come for that tent regardless of their responsibility to their residents. I hope with some attention to their neglect to the neighborhood they correct their behavior and tend to their families living on theirs property.”

“I have only lived here for a few months but the interactions I have had with the staff have been great. I have had a few minor maintenance issues and they have been resolved promptly. It's a quiet community and people seem to be respectful of the grounds and of other people. I have had deliveries sit outside my door for a couple days and had no problems with theft. It seems to be a dog-loving community as well, which is nice because I have a dog. Looking forward to getting out more when the weather warms up!”
