We get it, it's for security purposes specially to the ones who have not seen us before. But I have been wearing the same jacket almost everyday for more than a month now 😂 just to help them recognize me and I still am being asked of my info. It gets really annoying.”

It has three residential towers with relatively spacious units (studio type, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom) and a common area with a conference room, two swimming pools, a mini gym, an outdoor workout section, a study area, and a playground. The staff members are warm and friendly. There’s also a team that properly maintains every floor daily. On special occasions like Valentine’s and Father’s Day, they have events to gather owners and tenants. Four levels are designated for parking. There are also multiple dining options around.”

“Nice building and location. A number of popular and good restaurants, bars and cafes, park, supermarket, bookstore, and convenience shops are within walking distance. Won't be complete without a church. Units are likened to hotel single/queen bed rooms, but with an additional kitchenette. Sufficient for short stays up to a month for travelling singles / couples. Views from the room are gorgeous. WiFi is available for your room and nearby, but unavailable in the lobby. Unfortunately, the time I was visiting, was not given any notification on closure of the pool for repairs/maintenance. My poor swimsuit couldn't get a breather. 😅 High security in the building, but if having visitors, advanced notice to the guards should suffice. Had 16 people over for my friend's wedding preparations and gathering pre-shoot and wedding. Also, there is a security panel in the room where the security can buzz to check with the person staying there if the visitor is valid. CCTV view possible. Drawback is that there is a registration and security desk at the lobby, but no baggage holds available. Bellhop service is available.”
