“I live at this location and I must say it's one of the best places I found to live since relocating in 2018. However this review is for the maintenance staff, specifically for Robert. This man knows his stuff I don't believe there's anything he can't do, I found that out when we first moved in . My oven started cutting off the Thursday before Thanksgiving and then again Wednesday the day before. He came and fixed it the day before Thanksgiving he saved me from so much grief and stress. Now the maintenance staff I have dealt with outside of him are good but he is great 👍🏾 He even called to check in to see if the stove was OK. Thank you so much Robert. “I bought my condo at Firefly less than 1 year ago. Never received any return calls from my HOA manager. Rarely see any work done. But I just got an e-mail that my monthly HOA would be going up for a SECOND TIME IN UNDER A YEAR BY $130 from when I bought it! HOA was $165 when I bought in September. Then by October it was $200. Now in August it’ll be $295? I’d like to talk to them about it, but they waited til after they close at noon on Friday to send the email from their meeting last week. What a joke! UPDATE: Since this post there have been an influx of homeless people smoking fentanyl and methamphetamines in our common areas. Burns on the carpeted stairs and on the railings. Tampering or disengaging the fire alarms and fire extinguisher cases. The only reason I know it’s fentanyl is because one of the several people arrested for trespassing was caught with it. When I got a message back from M. Foland, I was told “ Unfortunately, associations do not have a duty to protect or provide security for the association, and this is a matter in which it is better to have the correct authorities provide security (the police, private security companies, etc).” multiple residents have requested code changes on the door with no results in months. The cops have been here over 2 dozen times and they refuse to do anything. I’ve never seen or spoken to a single “property manager” at the property. As long as you’re contractually obligated to pay for their negligence, the don’t give a damn”

“I cant express enough how thankful I am to be living here. I moved in a few months ago and I love it. The neighborhood is so safe and quiet. Anne at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. Jesse from maintenance is so quick to fix everything. Our sink started leaking and he went out and got the part the same day to fix it. All of the staff here is incredible, holiday parties, game nights and giveaways. Really the only possible complaint I have would be the rent is fairly high, but this complex is so worth it. We were paying astronomical fees at our last place and the community fees here are $25, utilities around $50-70. Also the stacked washer and dryer isn't ideal, but it does a good job. All in all I cant recommend living here enough!”

“I absolutely love living at Platform. The apartment and amenity views are unbeatable- one of the best views (and location) in Denver hands down. The community of people that live here is wonderful- we always enjoy the community events and getting to know our neighbors. The building and parking garage are secure and always clean. What really sets this building apart is the staff. They truly care about the residents. The concierge team is incredible- so kind and helpful. Andre is an absolute gem and a wonderful person. He truly cares about the residents (and our dogs!) and it shows. From the day we toured, to present day- he has treated us with nothing but kindness and professionalism. It has been such a pleasure getting to know the team. We've also had the best experience with the maintenance team here- we had a leaky dishwasher and Joseph was incredible. He had it replaced quickly, and did an amazing job installing the new unit. We were so thrilled with our maintenance experience because of him! Platform is incredible!!”

“Nice apartments, priced kinda high as a luxury space, but our facilities are older, a little over-used, and not maintained as frequently nor as well for the amount of use they get (namely, the jacuzzi, lawn furniture, all 4 bbq grills). The custodial staff is great, and they keep the interior common areas quite clean, but the exterior corrugated steel and glass surfaces of the bldg were not cleaned last spring nor last summer, so all year our building front and exterior windows facing Brighton and towards Arkins have had a dirty, grimey appearance. All of our exterior stairwells look like they have never been air-blown nor power-washed, and our garage stairwells have never been power-washed/swept/vacuumed. Our tenants are very friendly & pleasant, and the property is just lovely, and that’s to say nothing of our phenomenal fitness areas. Our staff are the best, helpful, and friendly. Super-convenient location, so accessible to ballpark, downtown, Five Points, and Union Station.”

“2nd Update: A collection agency called me saying I owed money from my final move out two years ago which I already paid. I'm still working to get this resolved but even after leaving they are still being a pain. It seems a bit suspicious that the manager responded to my previous update around the same time that the collection agency said they received my file. I've tried many times to get in contact with the building and management company but they refuse to answer phone calls or call you back. There are also many people in the Facebook group saying they are getting calls from collectors on bills already paid as well. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had as a renter. Update: Greystar bought the property and everything went to hell. We had an elevator down for 6 weeks and the staff consistently turned over causing them to not know how to help with anything. The homeless situation has gotten worse as well. Recommend avoiding now. Original review of Alexan: My girlfriend and I moved in here a few weeks ago and everything has been amazing so far. We toured a handful of different properties around the Denver area and nothing compares to Alexan; great location, great finishes, & great amenities. The leasing office is top notch too. We have worked primarily with Hannah and Doug, both of whom have been extremely accommodating and ensured that we are very comfortable in our new home. I highly recommend living here.”

“It's been a difficult few months here. I will be moving to a different location soon. From neighbors who steal your valet trash can and leave anonymous notes to neighbors who stomp on your ceiling because you "slam" your door. (Never slammed! I even has maintenance come verify that my door was fine and it shuts normally.) Dog poop everywhere. Stay on the sidewalks! Trash everywhere. Possible people staying behind dumpsters in the back. (There is debris there that makes is look like that's happening!). It's definitely gotten worse since I moved here in August. I had hoped more action would be taken against those who don't follow community rules. I like the neighborhood. Never had a problem with that. Close to stores and convenient walking areas. I really wish things could be different here. There are some nice staff members. I appreciated that part! Maintenance came when asked. Parking wasn't monitored, which left it hard to park at times when you did have a sticker. Hopefully things turn around here and don't continue to go downhill.”
