“The building staff is great in general, but I’ve had really good experiences with Stephanie the concierge, and Becca, the building manager. Stephanie always has a smile on her face and is willing to go out of her way to help you with whatever you need, plus she remembers everyone’s name (somehow). She’s fantastic at her job. Becca made my move into the building very easy and has helped me with a ton of questions that I’ve had since I became a resident. She’s also always available if you need her and responds to calls/emails very quickly. If she says she’s going to do something, it gets done, which I really appreciate.”

“I toured Dock 79 and was very impressed. This is the nicest apartment building that I’ve seen by the ballpark! Amazing view, amenities you’d never even think of… Keyaunna was THE BEST!!!! I spoke with her the day before and when I arrived for my tour she was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient! No more than 30 minutes after my appointment, she followed up with a personalized online menu with my preferred floor plans. All in all, I had a great experience at Dock 79.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Jasmine Simmons, the leasing manager at The Wren, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for finding the right fit for me made the leasing process smooth and enjoyable. Jasmine's excellent communication skills and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. If you're looking for a dedicated and friendly leasing manager, Jasmine is the one to go to at The Wren!”

“Stopped in to visit my family over the Christmas holiday and encountered a Concierge named Brooke. She was the most helpful person ever. Above and beyond for my family and I. She made the visit to the building absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful and seemed to know everyone by name. I look forward to visiting again in the spring! Kudos Brooke and thanks for everything!”

“The payment system run by CSC for the shared laundry machines is dysfunctional and antiquated and wastes your time. The machines should accept credit cards directly, but more than half of them do not read credit cards properly and give errors. The only way to be sure you can pay for laundry is to purchase a separate card from a machine downstairs, which only takes bills, no credit cards. It takes 3 minutes to keep inserting a bill until it finally accepts it. The company that runs the machines, CSC, allows you to purchase value for the cards online and you get a code which you can punch in at the machine. I did that, but, immediately after discovered that the add-value machine downstairs doesn't have a keypad to enter the code, even though the website said it was available for this apartment complex. Trying to get a refund for the money appears to be a lost cause when dealing with the customer support. Reporting to CSC that a lot of machines are giving errors when reading credit cards results in a "completed" service request with nothing at all done.”
