From the start of applying which I believe was less than two weeks ago everything has been GREAT. The communications, the prompt responses, I’m very pleased. Nash is who assisted me through the application process and she was awesome made me feel at ease with no worries. She’s very informative and made sure she checked in with me every time she emailed me which I appreciate because I’m never paying attention to my email. This place is beautiful and clean felt just like home!!! the photos and the 3D view of room 502 were as advertised we have a 4br, 4bth Oceanfront condominium. We have really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming again. I love the huge columns inside the unit. I wish the TV’s were bigger in each room, and I that the water pressure was better. In the master suite the jacuzzi tub handles were almost stripped and the spray spout was broken other than that everything else was perfect very nice with more than enough room for our party of 9!”

The office is always quick to respond if you have a question and the maintenance staff is wonderful. They keep everything looking clean and pretty. The location is perfect. You’re close to so many restaurants and stores. We don’t have any complaints living there.”

“I had a frustrating experience regarding billing issues with the management. Today, I received an email from Auden labeled "urgent". Upon checking, I discovered outstanding bills. I logged into the resident portal and found a $150 late fee. I immediately visited the leasing office to inquire about the discrepancy. They informed me about a communication fee I was supposed to pay in August. I pointed out that when I paid my first month's rent, there was no such fee listed. Moreover, I wasn't notified of any additions to my bill. I wasn’t even aware that rent was due on the first day of each month. The only email I received regarding my rent was on August 28th, and it didn’t convey any sense of urgency. They had various methods to notify me – email, text, or call – yet they chose inaction and then penalized me with a late fee. It feels like a bank not informing you about your credit card due date. Especially as an international resident, I'm not familiar with all the leasing protocols. In the end, while the management did waive the late fee for August, they declined to do so for September, leaving me unaware and still burdened with an undue $45 charge. I once held the management in high regard, trusting them to guide me through unfamiliar territories, but my confidence in their reliability has waned.”

“I have had the greatest experience living at Edgewater Plantation! This is the most luxurious, straight-out-of-a-magazine looking apartment AND it was practically the cheapest option for me in all of Mount Pleasant! It's been 10 months since I moved-in in December 2017 and I couldn't be more happy. I'm a 30 minute drive from the beach, downtown, and my job - which are all in different directions. The office team is always friendly when I go to pick up a package; I recently adopted a kitten and they were so helpful getting me through all of the paperwork. Additionally, the maintenance staff is beyond amazing! I had a few bug issues when I fist moved-in and they immediately came to spray and install traps. I haven't had a problem since! They even noticed that my water heater needed some work and spent days making sure it was in perfect shape for me. The new refurbishments to the pool and office space look beautiful and I look forward to using the space for the rest of the season and next year. This is an overall great place to live in terms of location, budget, design, and hospitality!”
