The place is not only looking great but after 5 years of living here Joe threw the first Christmas party and it was a hit. Got to meet some new neighbors and chat with others. Makes for a nice community. Maintenance under John is always on the move and it something goes out for any reason it gets taken care of right away. My washer stopped spinning and within a day a brand new one replaced it. Steve in the office always has a friendly hello when stopping by. Glenmuir has had an incredible injection of care with professional management who really cares about the residents. If you saw the place before you would not recognize it now. Great job and thank you guys.”

“I was a resident for 19 months, was the first person to live in the apartment I was in. Being a new building I was expecting to be in a clean space. For weeks I cleaned white dust everywhere, white dust from the Vacuum. We had people smoke in the building all the time , we would say something and at the end get blamed by a manager try to accuse me. I falte so offended. Couple days before Christmas a pipe burst and flooded the hall and our front entrance and closet got water damage. One horrible day, took almost two months of repair. People would leave garage out smelling the hall ways. Would be trash on the floors . Dogs would pee and poop in the entrance. I thought this would be a safe place to be in and I really didn’t fell safe at all. Over all I wish this would be a good place to stay at because I like living in this area. Be ready to pay more as you renew your lease.”

“This place is to die for. It is so worth it to live here. Every single day feels like you are living at a hotel. The amenities are state of the art. The apartments are beautifully designed and spacious. You can tell they put so much thought into every aspect of the building. It is technologically advanced. Gym has everything. Views are beautiful. I could go on. Don’t hesitate to sign that lease EDIT: Changing my Review from 5 to 1 star. After living here for 1.5 years. There somethings that I feel affect the QOL experience here at NEMA 1. The elevators: The elevators at NEMA have got to have one of the worst wait times. 15 mins+ Also get ready to be packed in an elevator like sardines. I had to walk 24 flights of stairs from the 4th floor because all the elevators coming up was full To add, I have had to climb 28 floors to get to my car in the morning because none of the elevators decided to work making me late for work numerous times. Absolutely ridiculous. They don’t seem to care either 2. The hallway does not have AC so it can get muggy and stink from all the heat 3. Internet gets throttled and can get slow 4. Pear chef: the buildings own food service has overpriced and very low quality food. 5. The building was built in 2019 but the hallways already look like an old apartment with wood chipping, paint peeling 6. We have had our appliances break multiple times in our first year here. Our freezer ice maker and the garbage disposal button is so badly placed it get a water stuck in there and then stops working 7. For the love of God this place cannot get their stupid garage gates to work. I don’t know whose brilliant idea was it to add another gate at the 5th floor. That stupid thing has a mind of its own and never opens making me late for work. It’s so stupid. $300 per month parking and it’s driving me crazy”

People take their time out of their day to come in, some need to travel so please be respectful of us, your possible tenants. And maybe it wasn’t intended to be but at the end it was a bait and switch because i got offered to see an apartment thats the same price but worse than original one and the one thats drastically more expensive, so i declined. Thank you for nothing.”

“The maintenance team was supposed to repair drywall and paint the ceiling, wall and area surrounding the wall outlet, and the drywall around that patio door that had sustained damage and had an active mildew and mold situation. Not only did they only sort of paint 1/3 of the problem areas, they did no drywall repairs, the mold and mildew is still a very visible and posing an active problem, and then they lied to the property manager saying that the other tenant had approved of the work they had completed. The other tenant was not in the same room as the work completed, and was not asked anything at all, and the only thing that was even said to him was in passing, in the hallway (not the room with repairs), “It’s done. I’m going now.” They did not ask a question nor even wait for a reply. Make sure to take photographic proof so you can actually have recourse on how to get repairs actually completed competently.”

My husband and I put a service request in nearly 2 months ago and no one has come to fix anything or had a response regarding it. They’re more worried about door mats rather than the lack of parking, the insane amount of dog poop, service requests, propane tanks, and clean pool just to name a few. They have closed the gym at 8pm, instead of having it 24/7. This sucks for people who work late and now can’t work out at their home.”

Kelsey stated that the apartment was never cleaned up by maintenance. After 15 days of waiting for carpet to be replaced & for the apartment to be cleaned "to be move in ready" girlfriend handed the keys back because of everything. Now they don't want to give her first months money back after no one ever moved into the apartment.... "We can't do anything about it"”
