The Park At Monterey Oaks
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Open until 06:00 PM

4701 Monterey Oaks Blvd, Austin, TX 78749, United States

“We've been living at The Part at Monterey Oaks for seven years now and we love our apartment. We started off in a one bedroom back in 2013 and upgraded to the largest two bed/two bath with an office in 2017. I've shopped around and this is the best bargain for size, location, and quality of life. Many of our friends have said, "your apartment is nicer than my house." The details are what make these apartments such a great place to live, the painted walls, coffered ceilings with crown molding, dark laminate floors, and wainscoting. I counted seven closets in our apartment! Our apartment is an end unit with a private patio and makes it feel house-like. Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately, the office staff is very accommodating, and the grounds are always clean. There is a mile long walking trail which includes a track. What has kept us in the apartment for so long is location, location, location. We've never found anything that matches the proximity of the grocery stores, whole foods, Costco, restaurants, and a quick commute to downtown.”

West Lake Vistas
4.2
( 16 reviews )

7201 Ranch Rd 2222, Austin, TX 78730, United States

“The place is beautiful with awesome views. They are renovating and upgrading everything right now, and it will be even better. I have been here since 2020 and we have a great office manager and crew. They work hard to make your rental life good! I have had some issues and they were so helpful and nice. I have just renewed my lease once again for 15months.”

Listingspark

Open until 05:00 PM

9050 N Capital of Texas Hwy, Austin, TX 78759, United States

“I flip houses and just used Listing Spark for the first time to sell a house I completed. I was nervous about the market but I received an offer after just three weeks which I was very happy about! I used the agent on demand service and my realtor was very friendly and responsive. One thing to note is that your realtor does not reach out to you until after you receive a formal offer. However they did still send me comparable sold listings to help me determine my list price and answered general questions. I did have to run my own open houses but they advertise it for you on the MLS. Overall everything went very smoothly and we closed on time. Highly recommend for anyone but especially for investors who are familiar with the selling process.”

Paseo At Bee Cave By Cortland
4.4
( 8 reviews )
Open until 06:00 PM

12531 State Hwy 71, Bee Cave, TX 78738, United States

“This is the worst place I've lived by far. There is garbage everywhere almost every day, garbage bags, animal waste, loose trash, people smoking, is horrible. Noisy is neighbors also a constant issue. The management is the most incompetent that I had to deal with. I escalated the problems to HQ but they don't care either. They are taking immigrants and place whole families in single units, they gather garbage by the hour, and making a mess the whole place. They don't respect the rules and management doesn't do anything about it. The whole situation is very shady. I'm just waiting the end of my lease to get the hell out of this pig sty. And on top of all of this is not a cheap place and you need to give them 60 days notice in advance if you don't want to renew the lease. BTW don't believe the 5 star fake reviews. Check out Yelp for more honest reviews. Google took down my previous review reporting the same thing, apparently the condo is paying Google to take down bad reviews and make up good ones.”

The Catherine

( 8 reviews )
Open until 06:00 PM

214 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78704, United States

“I don’t live here (yet) but I did take a tour this past weekend and just had to share how impressed I am! My husband and I were in town for the weekend touring apartments and when we drove by The Catherine we knew we had to add it to our list. I called and Jay the leasing consultant was able to accommodate a last minute tour with only 10 minutes notice. Even with the short notice and the fact that we aren’t moving until the summer (6 months from now), Jay spent quality time with us and treated us like we were renting tomorrow! If the service we were provided on our tour is anything like residents experience on a day to day basis I know it must be a wonderful experience! Not to mention the property is JAW DROPPING. I seriously can’t stop thinking about it days later. Beautiful views from the resident rooftop bar (WHAT??) and the most stunning and resort like pool we saw all weekend. Color me impressed! The amenities and logistics of this property were very much designed for convenience. From bracelet key fabs to get you in the elevator and your apartment to motion sensor lights in the closet and built in desks in the apartments, they truly thought of everything! It seems to me like you could only be so lucky to live at this amazing community and I’m hoping to be able to experience it myself this summer. Thank you!”

The Clark
4.7
( 8 reviews )
Open until 06:00 PM

1301 W 5th St, Austin, TX 78703, United States

“Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews, The Clark pays its residents for positive reviews (you'll often see contests in the elevators for $1000 to write reviews). Let's start with the good: you're in a good location, walking distance to many things. Some of the floor plans are decent. The maintenance staff is very nice and likely overworked with all the things going wrong in the building. This is where the good things end. The bad: The train is AWFUL. Do not even entertain an apartment that faces the tracks. The leasing team will tell you it only runs a few times a day, but it runs at least 15 times a day, and runs all through the night. It blares the horn when passing and there is nothing being done by the building to make this a quiet zone. The apartments are cheaply made, with zero sound proofing. When the train passes or there is music ongoing outside, it sounds like it's in your apartment. Forget about working or sleeping with the train, it'll interrupt all your meetings and sleep on a consistent basis. Beware if you need to use the elevator, there are only 2 in the building and one is always reserved for moving. Leaving 1 elevator to serve over 200 apartments. The broken: The garage gate has been broken for months, they fixed it for about a week, and it is broken again. The door key app is currently broken, resulting in numerous residents being locked out of the building. The ugly: The lobby is regularly cleaned, but the rest of the building is forgotten about. The hallway floors are absolutely disgusting. They finally shampooed the hallway carpets for the first time this week, which cleaned up months (possibly years?) of old urine stains from animals in the building. The trash rooms are consistently overrun with trash and old furniture, and the elevators smell like stale beer with spills on the floor. Overall, The Clark could be good if the management company cared about making improvements. However, I don't see them making an effort any time in the future.”

Marquis At Barton Trails
4.6
( 8 reviews )
Open until 06:00 PM

5417 S MoPac Expy, Austin, TX 78749, United States

“Maintenance is great, amenities are pretty standard. However I had the worst year living here. To start, management is abysmal. They overhauled the entire staff overnight and replaced them with equally ignorant and incompetent folks. My unit needed to have the tub resurfaced a total of 4 times, in one year. Rather than replace the old tub entirely, they made me evacuate the premises (on my dime) for 48 hours each time. The package room is NEVER working and the key fob you are given doesn’t open anything. I was told during move in that my fob was faulty and would need to be replaced; every time I returned I was told that actually my fob was fine and their system was broken. It stayed “broken” the entire time I lived here. Location of the complex is quite nice, but I would not advise anyone to live here unless you wish to deal with the worst management I’ve ever dealt with any at apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.”

Dk Riata
4.4
( 8 reviews )
Open until 05:00 PM

5705 Diehl Trail, Austin, TX 78727, United States

“I have nothing but praise for this property. DK Riata is just as wonderful as it was two years ago when we arrived. The new management company has been incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. Any request I have is handled promptly & cheerfully. I've also noticed some fresh landscaping and other repairs.”

The Brodie
4.3
( 16 reviews )

8700 Brodie Ln, Austin, TX 78745, United States

“I had the worst experience with The Brodie from the start. They never answer their phone and they told me they were short staffed. As a previous business manager myself, this is no excuse but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I wanted my keys to my apartment in the morning but was told they inspect the apartments in the morning therefore would give me the keys in the afternoon. The master bathroom was so awful with stains in the tub and on the tiles as shown in the picture. The light bulbs in the bathroom and patio were out. The garbage disposal and washer were not working. Wasp nests all around the patio ceiling. Patio door was broken. The front door lock was jamming and jammed all 8 months of my lease, as shown in the picture. I immediately went back to the front office and Ben told me this is why they give you the inspection sheet to write down what's wrong so they can fix it which is not what that sheet is for. Well, this was inhabitable environment because they had to shut off the water supply in order to fix the bathroom. I was also told it was okay if the door always jammed because “it seems to be locking”. This was JUST the beginning. Parking is bad. My roommates car got broken into and Ben didn’t reach out until 3 months later. The gates are always open and broken. Don’t bother having people over because their car will get towed and no one will answer the phone at the towing place or front desk. The list goes on but this is just the surface.”

The Quincy
4.5
( 8 reviews ) $$

91 Red River St, Austin, TX 78701, United States

“We recently moved into The Quincy - this has been a 'want' for quite a while and we're glad we're calling this a home, finally. The views are absolutely stunning. Our move in was good - the freight elevator was NOT working and it's been broken for a while now. It was such a pain to use the regular elevators and share them with the residents, causing them trouble too. There's also quite a bit of noise from the constructing across the street - more than we expected, but that's okay. Our leasing agent, Alex, was absolutely amazing. Professional and super friendly. 10/10 for Alex!”

Pearl Lantana
4.4
( 8 reviews )
Open until 06:00 PM

6401 Rialto Blvd, Austin, TX 78735, United States

“This complex was amazing! Especially the entire staff! We used it as a second home closer to Austin. Our apartment was beautiful and we had an amazing view of downtown Austin. Very quiet atmosphere, very well maintained grounds, and the workout facility was five star! We used it every day we were there. Also we felt very safe there. We will miss everything about Pearl Lantana!”

Ethos Apartments

( 8 reviews )
Open until 06:00 PM

8001 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX 78744, United States

“I’ve lived at Ethos for a while and they have always been great to me. Danielle and the rest of the staff are always on top of things and have made living here easy. There are a bunch of amenities, including a gym, 2 pools, tons of trails, and a nice hidden park. In addition to this, maintenance staff are awesome and always quick to help out. The apartments are nice and quiet which is perfect for me. There’s not a single bad thing I can say about these apartments. Great location and great staff have made it great to live here.”

Ashwood Apartments
4.3
( 8 reviews )
Open until 06:00 PM

901 New Meister Ln, Pflugerville, TX 78660, United States

“Ashwood has been the best apartment I’ve lived in. Really clean and any issue I had I reported it and was fixed immediately. Jordan has been a huge help and has always been so nice welcoming from the day I moved in to the day I moved out. Amazing amenities included and family friendly area for those with kids. I recommend anyone to live in Ashwood and to definitely get to know Jordan and explore the beauty of the place.”

Torre Student Living
4.4
( 8 reviews )
Open until 06:00 PM

2020 Nueces St, Austin, TX 78705, United States

“Property is very nice and kept clean most of the time, although maintenance requests can take a while. If you’re a resident and pay for parking, don’t come home late because the availability of parking is close to none as I believe residents are allowing their visitors into the garage to occupy parking. Upon moving in, our units air filter was extremely dirty whereas other residents stated theirs had been changed already. Our units dryer also did not work and would take multiple cycles and hours to dry and also tore and destroyed multiple articles of my clothing. All in all a good place to stay, just depends if you receive a good unit or not I suppose. - Update: I’ve contacted management through the front office, email, and portal multiple times and have not received a response on the situation after being told I would “shortly”.”

Stonelake At The Arboretum
4.2
( 8 reviews )
Open until 06:00 PM

9801 Stonelake Blvd, Austin, TX 78759, United States

“I just want to give kudos to the maintenance team at Stonelake, specifically Jesse. I had a water pipe burst on a holiday when the office was closed, and staff were away. Water was spraying all over the room, but a call to Jesse made the process so much easier than I was expecting. He immediately coordinated with the fire department to shut off the water, scheduled contractors to fix the pipe, and within hours had scheduled contractors to repair the damage to the room. He kept me informed and communicated every step of the way. I am very thankful that he made himself available because if the leak continued any longer than it had, I know that the damage could have been so much worse. Thanks Jesse!”

Windsor Republic Place Apartments
4.3
( 16 reviews )

5708 W Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78727, United States

“I stopped by for a walk-in tour today and met Bobby, the assistant manager. He was very friendly when greeting me, but his attitude changed as soon as he learned that I was a walk-in. Although he offered to provide information about the community, he said he could not offer a tour. He invited me to his office, which was cluttered and disorganized, and took my details on a sticky note. We talked for 15 minutes about the property, management company, availability, and other topics such as security. However, the appointment that he was waiting on never showed up. I didn't feel welcome at this point and decided to leave. Bobby didn't offer to show me the amenities or suggest a self-guided tour. My experience was not satisfactory, so I thanked him for his time and left. I won't be leasing here based solely on my experience and customer service.”

Skyline At Barton Creek
4
( 8 reviews )

1300 Spyglass Dr, Austin, TX 78746, United States

“The office leasing employees I've interacted with are fine, but they give off more of a sales rep vibe that must hit their quota than actual community management, but this review is NOT about them. Everyone I've interacted with in-person has been professional. When we moved out, our entire deposit was eaten up, nickel and diming us for everything, even charged us $150 because the doorframe had paint peeling from from a 3 inch by 10 inch space, claiming that it had to be replaced rather than simply being repainted. They also tried to charge us for several "services" AFTER we stopped living there including garbage, pest, and a renters liability fee and it was a hassle getting those removed. RPM Living (the corporation that owns the propery) demanded money from us before even providing an MoS and photos, and since their "Former Resident Team" is a completely different entity, there's a diffusion of responsibility. The FRS team took nearly a month to respond to our inquiries. I assume it's common practice to make sure former tenants don't get any of their money back. Oh, there's a little scuff on the wall no greater than 1 sq inch? Boom, that's $50. It's an okay area but the apartments themselves are at least 50 years old. Smoking is also allowed anywhere, so we regularly had cigarette butts on our porch because our upstairs neighbors were heavy smokers. Mold and insects/roaches are a problem. Overall, this is probably a more ideal place if you're in your 20's. RPM Living is a sketchy company and has an F rating by the Better Business Bureau. After this experience, I have a bad taste in my mouth regarding this company.”

Lantower Edgewater Apartments

14201 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660, United States

“Overall, living at Edgewater has been a great experience. It is an affordable and nice community to call home. There's a beautiful little lake in the back and it's perfect to run, walk, or take your dogs. They invested in a dog fountain in the dog park and yards on most 1st floor apartments which is an amazing investment. Maintenance is extremely nice/professional and great at their job! I have one of their phone numbers and they said to contact them anytime I needed help which is amazing to have. The community is overall great to live at.”

“We had some issues with our apartment door lock when we were out of town and Chris Mendoza was great with helping us out after we submitted an emergency request. He's always going above and beyond when it comes to any issues and help we've needed with the apartment. We are super grateful to him, thank you Chris! Also the entire maintenance team at this property is beyond incredible, we've been here three years and always had a great experience.”

“Update: I still haven’t got my deposit back, since I moved out until now already 2 months.I went there and they said they’ll gonna call me back, but they didn’t! I keep calling them every week, they told me same they’re gonna call me back, until now I didn’t get a call yet!! My husband in the army now, we're moving to another country soon, pls pay my money back!! I'm a resident here before, please don't move in. First, when we moved in, they didn't tell us that our neighbor had mental issues, He was banging on walls and yelling every night, so we couldn't sleep until a month later and he shot at our bathroom, the nightmare was over!we have a 2 years old ,they knew that but they still rented the apartment to us! And then when we moved out, I cleaned the apartment but they still charged us for cleaning fee! Finally, I still haven't received my check, so I contacted their financial team, they gave me a ticket number and said they would contact me in two days, but they didn't, they closed the request! So I have to go to the office tomorrow and ask them what's going on! Oh, I almost forgot to mention the cockroaches. It's a nightmare! Imagine you're with thousands of cockroaches every day!!”
