“I wish I didn’t renew my lease here and fall for the trap of renewing 3 months into my lease because they were offering “special rent discount “ . I thought I would have to settle for a home with roaches and trash and dog poop everywhere because I thought it’s cheap. Now I know you can find LIVABLE conditions elsewhere. They really need to actually show you where you will be living when they give you a tour and not just show you the pool and the leasing office, having a gated community definitely doesn’t help that you can’t even see where you live before hand. I wasn’t aware I have to climb 5 flight of stairs just to get to my room, the constant roach infestation and the lack of parking and having to park in the deck when I pay for parking in my lease is unacceptable. Please find another community to live there are decent options for decent price. The utilities are “covered” but you still have to pay a large chunk of it, plus I always have to pay extra fees whether it’s rent plus or “accidental” charges on my account. Only pros: having your own separate bathroom, having access to a gym and pool”

“Stuck between wanting to give 2.5 to 3 stars. Pros: I renewed my lease for 2024. The location is great and access to the trails is wonderful. The apartments are also pretty updated (laminate flooring, 9-10 foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, garden tubs, etc). The pool is always clean. Love the dog wash. I’d renew my lease again for 2025 mainly due to the great location. The new leasing staff has also done some nice updates on the parking lot. Cons: My biggest complaint would be the immense amount of dog poop. Every 10-20 feet, no matter where you are in the apartment, you will see 1-4 piles of dog poop, old and new. I’ve brought this concern up a handful of times and the leasing staff has been polite in hearing my complaints. However, it doesn’t seem like there’s any real protocols (fines, mass emails, etc.) in place to address this issue. It’s unfortunate. the price of my lease is decent, but I wish I could walk my dogs or sit out on my deck without worrying about stepping in dog poop or seeing piles of it every few feet. It’s really gross. There was a very brief period of improvement after I complained a handful of times, but things seem pretty bad again, if not worse, within the past week or two. There’s also trash and a large hornets nest, that I’ve written in about, along the back trail. The manager is nice, as is the leasing staff, but they could use a larger maintenance team (to do a daily walk through of the community to pick up poop and trash, while also tending to tenants) and protocols surrounding pet ownership expectations. I feel bad writing a negative review when there’s so many good things about the community, but the poop and trash really are upsetting. Everyone wants to live in a clean environment. I’m a huge animal lover too, with two dogs of my own, so I don’t have a vendetta against pets. I’ve seen other communities that are incredibly pet friendly do well in keeping pet droppings to a minimum. I hope that is the case here one day. Otherwise it is a nice place and I’m grateful to live here. The low rating is a reflection of my own discomfort with the amount of dog droppings.”

“We have been at TownPark Crossing 2 years, coming up on our 3rd, and I just have to say how amazing the maintenance is here. Anytime we have any problems, they are always here to help, and they are prompt with arrival and service. Kudos to our maintenance for being so helpful. The Office staff here have always been amazing as well! The accessibility to shops, stores, restaurants, bus routes at TownPark is very nice as well. We even have a little one that we can take on little strolls around the neighborhood.”

“I called Sunday night due to not having hot water, the maintenance guy told me to check the breaker I did and said ok I’ll see if this works. I called the after hrs number right back IMMEDIATELY and told them it didn’t work and I needed someone out ASAP!! NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!!!! I had to boil hot water just to be able to clean my body! I AM BEYOND ANGRY WITH THE NEGLECT, DISRESPECT, AND LIES I CONSTANTLY GET FED!! I HAD A MAJOR SURGERY ON FRIDAY, so to be WITHOUT HOT WATER is was an awful experience for me!! I kept record of the times I’ve called you all, emailed you all and it all be ignored!! I try to be a good and respectful tenant, but it has gotten me NOWHERE! Tonight my hot water has went out again, and due to past emergency maintenance calls, or needing the courtesy officer to come out and being ignored I just asked what’s the point!! I still have yet to even hear from you about an email I sent you months ago!!”

They are also in the process of adding more amenities where the tennis court was and I couldn’t be more excited!”
