If I expand my rental portfolio one day, I will definitely select him to manage my properties. He gave me really good points on how I should set my rent price. Then he helped me with a referral for commercial real estate agent. His name is Duke (also works for GC Realty). He's just as smart as Shea and I'm saying that from our first conversation. They both went beyond my expectations and gained my trust in taking care of what I need done.”

“The maintenance team was supposed to repair drywall and paint the ceiling, wall and area surrounding the wall outlet, and the drywall around that patio door that had sustained damage and had an active mildew and mold situation. Not only did they only sort of paint 1/3 of the problem areas, they did no drywall repairs, the mold and mildew is still a very visible and posing an active problem, and then they lied to the property manager saying that the other tenant had approved of the work they had completed. The other tenant was not in the same room as the work completed, and was not asked anything at all, and the only thing that was even said to him was in passing, in the hallway (not the room with repairs), “It’s done. I’m going now.” They did not ask a question nor even wait for a reply. Make sure to take photographic proof so you can actually have recourse on how to get repairs actually completed competently.”

“The place itself isn’t bad at all, but management sucks. They don’t respond to emails. My husband and I put a service request in nearly 2 months ago and no one has come to fix anything or had a response regarding it. They’re more worried about door mats rather than the lack of parking, the insane amount of dog poop, service requests, propane tanks, and clean pool just to name a few. They have closed the gym at 8pm, instead of having it 24/7. This sucks for people who work late and now can’t work out at their home.”

“Lived here for 2 years & my girlfriend wanted to move in & long story short she got the apartment below me and the apartment was not clearly not ready to be moved in... carpet was never replaced after previous owner had a dog and the apartment was still clearly dirty. After 15 days of waiting for carpet to be replaced & for the apartment to be cleaned "to be move in ready" girlfriend handed the keys back because of everything.
