“Location is perfect but beware! Currently, not much works. Gas has been off for 6 weeks. No jacuzzi, grills, or fire pits work. Golf simulator is not working. Garage is not secure, lots of break ins and thefts. Doors that should be accessible to only residents are broken and anyone can walk in. Hole in the garage floor where concrete can drop onto 1st floor is only covered by plywood. Don’t let the leasing areas cleanliness fool you, it’s the only area that is maintained consistently. Management was informed about this over 6 weeks ago. Security is a joke! ZRS management is friendly but for whatever reason can’t get anything done. Staff is friendly but selling you a lemon! Maybe a google review will help because constantly sending emails has not. It’s a shame because this place should be immaculate!”

Initially I was not sure what to expect given that I was told she would call me back after 5pm, a time when everything is closed and everyone has gone home. The reality is, is that she did call. She was very patient with me as I explained my frustration over an issue and she educated me on the process so that I would better understand what I needed to do moving forward. I am not sure if any resident in Bella Vista could ask for more than that. I find that customers are very hard on people when they don't get exactly what they want. I believe in compromise and to keep an open mind even over the most frustrating issues. We need more people like Kelly Clements. No process is perfect and I cannot imagine how overwhelmed she must feel at times. I've been in the military for nearly 30 years now, and I have seen many issues. I cannot think of a single issue that I have resolved through pure emotion. Kelly was calm, welcoming and presented the facts. Thank you Kelly!”

“I am very thankful for the customer service I have received so far from David and Valerie at Republic at Alamo Heights. They have been friendly and proactive as they processed my application, lease and all the move-in nuances. Everything moved along very quickly with detailed instructions and move-in orientation. I had no issues on move-in date with parking and elevators and so far everyone in the community has been very nice. The apartment itself is very well lit, the layout is practical, and it is well insulated. I hear nothing from the pool or the hallways… I do hear footsteps from above tenant and wish they were more considerate but can’t even tell if I have neighbors next door. I’ve had no issues with the keyless method, even during the move when I was locking and unlocking the door through the virtual hub. I wish neighbors would be better at following the easy and common sense instructions for the valet trash. Realistically, that’s not quite in the administration’s hands, it’s on each of us being considerate of a sense of community. I really like the concept of a lounge / resort pool and a separate lap pool. The gym is reasonable for an apartment complex, has the basics, considering the price we’re paying here. Thanks to the location, we have options. Which brings me to location… incredible variety of options for dining , quick shopping needs and a skip and a hop to the Pearl and museums. This place has been a great value so far and I look forward to further exploring the area. Thank you David and Valerie for all of your help!”

“Early this mornings. Our water heater had a ruptured line. Water everywhere. I called it in spoke with Gabby front desk and she mention she saw my email. She had already given the order to maintenance . I hanged up my call with her and a few minutes later a knock. That fast! Robert right away. Brought everything he needed and. Have to say he did this job fast. Repairing and cleaning very fast and professionally done. Good job Robert. This is how things get fixed fast here. From manager Sandra to personal and maintenance. This community has good leadership running these apartments. I don’t really have had any issue’s since I signed our lease. They fix repairs fast. Well done. Retreat at Hart Ranch.”

“Love the place and Megan in the office is super helpful! The only con I've found here is some of the streetlights at night constantly flash instead of just staying on. Update: They decided to almost double the price of the valet trash. To "ensure continued reliability and quality of service". It's not that great of a service honestly. The trashcans are so small you can't really fit more that one trashbag and if you put the bag beside the can because it won't fit, you get a call from the front office so they can tell you that if you do it again they'll fine you. So the trash service I already pay for is incapable of picking up more than one bag.”

“For the most part I have been okay with living here, I had some issues for quite some time with the front office not being more persistent about disciplining my neighbors upstairs. Whom, I had made many noise complaints about, but eventually the situation was handled and never had to deal with them again. The maintenance workers respond to & complete tickets rather quickly, and the front office people I’ve met over the last year are friendly. I’m curious as to why the front office people have changed so often it seems, it’s been difficult to build good rapport with them due to the constant personnel changes, but all of them have been friendly and professional. Not a bad community, people don’t seem to get too wild or routy at night or at the pool, so that’s also appreciated.”
