“We have been metaphorically circling Anchor for weeks. Joyce gave us our initial tour and showed us two units. We were still looking at other properties so when we decided on Anchor, both units had already been leased. We went back and Joyce showed us two additional units. We did get one locked down and started the leasing process. A few days later we contacted Joyce to see if we could come back by the apartment to show our son. She happily gave us another full tour of the complex. We can definitely be a little high maintenance but she never stopped smiling and never made us feel like an imposition. Absolutely incredible experience and can’t wait to move in! Edit to add: our move in was incredible. Jisber was incredibly kind and the on-boarding process was amazing. Very thorough but in a good way. Jisber also responded to two minor maintenance service calls and for both of them, he was up to us within 30 minutes. He is very kind and helpful. We also attended our first social event. The Howl-O-Ween pet event. It was great! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We love living here!”

“Marisa Delisio was the leasing consultant who helped us when we visited for the first time the community. She was very kind, attentive, helpful and very patient. She gave us the best customer service ever. We loved the community, the apartments, the environment. They are very well-maintained !! My sister used to live here and she loved this place. She recommended it to me and I do not regret renting it. Also, the maintenance technicians are friendly, polite, respectful and they respond our request quickly and provide an excellent service! I highly recommend this community!”

“I’m going on year three at the social, and honestly my time at the social has been great. First let me start by saying the front office staff is very accommodating being a college student, 22 getting my life together lol things happen, things pop up but there’s never been a time when the front office staff hasn’t been able to work with me. Also a lot of people need to understand these apartments are lived in, they weren’t built yesterday issues will arise, but especially now with the new maintenance staff issues are addressed pretty fast, I would say at least a 24 hour turnover rate unless it’s a holiday of course, you just have to be realistic. For the price and everything you get I would honestly say living here is worth it, it’s a smaller apartment complex so the staff gets to know the residents and equally with the residents and the staff. I ❤️ the Social !”

“4 year Great Tenant always pay. Washer caught fire and smoked 4 weeks ago still no replacement. I don't blame office staff but management is horrible if they can't make executive decisions. As a contractor they'd be fired after a week of poor performance..... Update my washer was replaced with new one. Took a few months but they finally got it done.”

“I’ve lived here at the Livingston for about 6 months and am loving it so far! It’s a quiet neighborhood, never had any issues with noise. Maintenance is absolutely fantastic and quick with requests, especially Hubert!! He’s extremely helpful and personable; he even helped me hang a decoration in my apartment! The front desk has also been very helpful when needed. The amenities are nice. I feel very safe here, which was very important to me when looking for an apartment. Overall, we’ve had a great experience here and I highly recommend this complex!”

“This apartment was very nice and well kept when we moved in in 2021. Since 2021, there has been a steady decline all around with a significant amount of difficulties during our time living here. I would not recommend this apartment to someone as of now. It appears the apartment is going to be under new management soon so hopefully they are able to improve in the future. Pros -The maintenance staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. -There are options for balanced room sizes for roommate situations. Cons -Cars get broken in here relatively often (stated by the cop who did my police report). My car was broken into during broad daylight. The following year my car was vandalized (pieces ripped off of it). The property has no cameras to assist with break-ins. Be cautious if you have a car of value. -Construction has been ongoing since we moved in 2021-2023 and it appears there is a never ending list of projects. This has caused a wide array of inconvenience (loud noises, fire alarms being set off so frequently you begin to disregard it, limited access to personal balconies, restricted pool access for months, garage repairs resulting in no guest parking available at all). -The general cleanliness of the property has been at a decline. Millenium charges you a substantial amount of money to DNA test your dogs poop (so you can be billed if you don’t pick poop up). However I have stepped in other people’s dog poop countless times while attempting to clean up after my own dog. Additionally it is a frequent issue that dog poop/urine is found in common hallways and even was observed once in the elevator. Staff are aware as they will send an email or post a paper notice telling residents to pick up after their pet. I’m interested as to why the expensive fees for DNA testing when this technology does not appear to be utilized to keep the property clean. -As a resident you are required to pay for trash services. Fees for trash violations are intermittently and selectively applied. However trash services are not always consistent and there have been many days that they don’t show up at all. -Lastly, this area is very nice and there are multiple other apartment options at a similar price points (or cheaper) nearby that offer higher security in parking garages and better amenities.”

“Couldn’t agree more with the last two reviews made by K Drake & Theresa. Seems as property management doesn’t take any concerns or complaints seriously. I’ve had my share of issues and currently been having a big issue with noisy upstairs neighbors I’ve been going at it with the leasing agents for about a month now. Very disappointed can’t wait to leave!!!!! Seems like a lot of miserable people have been moving in messing it up for many of us. I too have smelled marijuana and someone loves to smoke and get right into the elevator hotboxing it which is embarrassing especially if you have guests coming !!”

“Nightmare Living: Unprepared Apartments and Incompetent Management. My experience at Society Westshore has been nothing short of a living nightmare since the day I moved in back in August. From the very start, it was evident that the management's promises were nothing more than empty words, and the state of my apartment was a testament to their utter lack of professionalism. Upon receiving my keys, I walked into an apartment that was far from move-in ready. Maintenance was still in the process of painting. I told them that I would be in and out moving small items but that I wouldn't move any furnitures for 2-3 days. Still was not done. The walls in the bathroom does not match. AC filter was missing and I had to go to leasing office to get one (not the right size because they were out). The fridge was non-functional for 2 weeks, a couple of light bulbs needed replacing, and the tub required caulking, floor has damages. The pet dander, promised to be eliminated with a deep cleaning, still clung to every corner. Some photos provided. It became painfully clear that the management's commitment to providing a clean and habitable living space was nothing but lip service. The issues extended beyond my unit. The garage door was broken even before I moved in, and despite being reported multiple times, no action was taken to address the problem. The hallways are a disgrace – dirty, smelly, and in desperate need of a thorough steam cleaning. The overall lack of maintenance and cleanliness reflected the sheer neglect of the management. The chaos escalated when the management changed hands, introducing a new set of problems. We were abruptly asked to pay rent with checks because their online payment system was allegedly malfunctioning. This change was not only inconvenient but a blatant display of incompetence. A couple of months ago, my girlfriend (who lives in another unit) and I paid with a check as instructed which was placed under the door 2 days before the due date because I had to go out of town, only to be slapped with a $200 charge each, claiming they never received our payment and that the cleaners may have thrown it away. This unjust fee was compounded by other residents who found themselves facing late fees due to the management's inability to handle automatic payments. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, I received an email today, January 3, 2023 at 12:56 pm, stating "We are having technical difficulties with online auto-pay this month. If you are set up in auto-pay, please log in to your account to see if the rent was paid. If not, please make a one-time payment online today as this is your last day to pay before rent is considered late. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope the technical issue is resolved by IT soon.” This is informing us that we should check our accounts to confirm if rent was paid and, if not, make a one-time payment online before the day's end to avoid late fees. This last-minute notification is not only unprofessional but indicative of a consistent pattern of incompetence in managing the most basic aspects of the apartment complex. In conclusion, Society Westshore has proven to be a disastrous living experience. The unprepared apartments, broken promises, and incompetent management have created an environment that is far from the comfortable and hassle-free living that residents should expect. Steer clear of this place unless you enjoy constant frustration and disappointment. Other residents reading this and want to connect... just reach out :)”

Katie helped me with any questions I had on my application process as well as showed me multiple tours which really helped me get a sense of what my space would be like, and even showed me the space I am now moving into! “I moved in May 2023 and this is the best apartment experience I've ever had. Update: after living here 4-5 months I have a verdict. Run away from this apartment and this area of Tampa. The biggest issue is trash, the trash they allow to move in here. The police have been here for domestic issues at least 3 times since I’ve lived here, one time they blocked me in. I’ve had maggots in my apartment because the neighbors across the hall cannot take care of their trash. There are regularly ppl who turn the pool into a lit party, complete with loud music and underage drinking. It’s literally the worst place I could have imagined. Don’t move here, it’s expensive and it’s trash.”

“I moved to Avion apartments in march 2023. I’ve owned 3 homes and lived in so many apartments I can’t remember how many. Avion is a phenomenal community!!! So clean and beautiful. The staff are amazing. Polite and professional. Maintenance does an incredible job if you need them. Avion is the best apartment I have ever rented from in over 40 years. I will be signing a new lease next march. Unless I find a new home. I can stay here forever though if I don’t find my dream home.”
