“Harrison Towers is a great building in a great location. The unit I toured felt spacious, had a sizable balcony and modern appliances to boot. There is also a pool, and I mean who doesn't want access to one of those. Not to mention the farmers market, a bunch of food carts and a solid gym all a 5 minute walk away. Sky, the Leasing Consultant who worked with me, was friendly, informative and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend you consider this place if you're looking to move to the area!”

“This is the finest community where I've ever lived. I'm 62 and that's saying something! I'll explain here why this is such a special place to live. The personnel is friendly and goes the extra mile for the residents. I have seen a very fast turnaround for repairs and improvements to the two apartments I have had the pleasure of living in. The community events are nice and easygoing opportunities to meet. The food and energy are friendly and inclusive. There is a vibe of respect and inclusion here, where I get to meet people from all over the planet. The university community just adds to that lovely diversity. The other residents are friendly and personable and I have found people to be very respectful in all spaces. Management has done a great deal as it relates to security, grounds conditions, elevators, and handling packages. I'm been amazed at how well the staff handles so many shipments coming in and the Amazon locker is very convenient. Now, I will tell you that the proximity to the Portland Streetcars, Max stations, Keller Auditorium, Portland State University, many restaurants, Tom McCall Park, Pettygrove Park, Pioneer Square (and the beautiful Apple Store) give you access to the best of downtown Portland. It is quite possible to get around and go without a car easily. About the units: I have enjoyed huge, easy-to-open windows with great views, which allow the fresh air in. The apartment is amazingly energy-efficient. I think I've turned the air or heating on twice since February 2021, so the spaces keep the warmth and coolness in. My guests have raved over the location, the views, the modern architecture, the super-fast fiber optic internet service (which you get get via Astound for a great price and without a cable modem), the friendly staff, the proximity to good coffee shops and public transit. I love the all-wood flooring and cabinets, and the excellent insulated walls, ceilings, and floors, making this such a quiet place that I can attend work meetings, listen to music, and even sing without bothering my neighbors! The place just feels like a modern, comfortable nest. Cyan/PDX is such a wonderful place that though my office is located two hours north in Olympia and I pay Oregon income taxes, I stay here, as I have not managed to find any property that gives me so much for the money like Cyan/PDX does. I'm really hoping that my employer never requires me to relocate closer to the office!”
