Maintainer workers are very quick and respectful when coming in. All the pictures on the website look exactly how everything is shown, I am staying here another year because I love this place and can sleep at night knowing I’m in a safe place as a single female.”

“This law office handled the closing of our home that we sold. They handled everything and we were even able to move up the closing date at the buyers request. We only visited the office once to sign the closing documents. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The office they use for house buying/selling signings is called the happy place.”

1101 Club Exchange Dr, Holly Springs, NC 27540, United States

“I toured Exchange at Holly Springs with Kaila about a week ago and she was such a pleasure to work with both then and since. She was incredibly warm and welcoming and I’ve really appreciated the open line of communication she’s kept with me through the application process. The complex is beautiful and the amenities are above and beyond what I was expecting. The wide variety of floor plans makes it so there’s something for everybody, not to mention the quality for the price is unbeatable. I look forward to moving in and to all the wonderful experiences I hope to have while living there.”

“I lived here for two years and had no issues the first year. I had always been very pleased with the staff here. Maintenance was also more than timely, all really friendly and personable individuals. However, during the second year I was involved in an incident that made me realize how unprofessional, incapable, and rude the staff was here. My car was involved in a hit and run accident involving two other vehicles in the secured parking deck at 401. The police were called and suggested going to the office for more information in parallel with their inquiry. So, I went to the office after the accident on Sunday and the leasing agent on duty appeared to be inattentive and did not take any measures to assist with the situation as she said she had "other things to do" than sit with the police to review the tapes. As a resident, I was taken aback by how a situation involving the police, and three damaged cars, was not the highest priority at the time. I called the leasing office the next day and asked if I could speak with the manager. I was abruptly cut off and hung up on intentionally by one of the leasing agents (the same employee I spoke to in person the day before). She cut me off immediately after I asked to speak with the manager I mentioned the incident, pretending not to hear what I had just requested, refusing to allow me to speak with her manager. I felt this was very unprofessional. While I understand the apartment does not want to be involved and is not liable, the incident did happen on your property, my car was severely damaged with $11,000 in repair costs and so were others, with inadequate help to solve the issue. I'm also a paying tenant who resigned a lease right before the incident, which I am now regretting, and I do not appreciate the way I was treated in such a pressing matter. I suspect you have a standard policy and rigorous employee training for handling situations like this, but this was certainly not handled professionally or adequately by your team. I hope that Tribridge does not condone this sort of response to such an urgent situation. This has severely impacted my view of the apartments and I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.”

“Be careful of misinformation when dealing with the leasing office. I came into the office with my brother and a gentlemen showed us around the apartment complex. I was interested and informed the leasing agent that I would like to lease an apartment so we began the paperwork. I informed them that my foreign fiance would be an OCCUPANT of the apartment complex and they told me to add her on the application as a coapplicant. I informed them that she does not have a SSN or ITIN number and the leasing agent said it would be no issue and that they could use different methods of ID. I paid the applicaion fee of $350.00 and was told I would be contacted by the Magnolia help desk that processes documents for new residents. I received an email asking for my documents as well as my fiances documents. Passport, ID and SSN etc. I provided mine then informed them that my fiance is a foreign national and does not have this information which I also mentioned to the leasing agent. They informed me that they need this documentation to move forward. Given the circumstances I needed to move into an apartment quickly so In informed the desk desk that I need this process expedited or I would need to make other arrangements. The communication with the help desk is poor. You can only contact them by email and they take forever to respond. When I realized there was no way I'd make my deadline to move in I signed up to become a resident at a new apartment complex. A week goes their magnolia help desk finally resolved the issue and informed me that I could move in. However a whole week after my deadline. Due to the misinformation given by the leasing office and the magnolia help desks inability to expedite the documentation they lost a customer. I felt like I should not have to pay for the application fee because they gave me misleading information. I disputed the application fee with my bank to get the money back. A week or so ago I receive an email that I owe 385 dollar. 350 for the application fee and 35 for an NSF despite them taking the money the day I orginally submitted the application. Now I owe this apartment complex 385 dollars having not spent a single hour living there. I even spoke to their support and emailed them the thread of the back and forth with the help desk and the property management still refused to do whats right. PS: Spoke with property management and explained the situation and they gaslit me into believing its my fault rather than admitting to the misinformation they gave me. They absolutely did not want to settle nor work out an arrangement.”

Manor Six Forks

900 E Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC 27604, United States

“My partner and I have loved living here over the course of about a year. The Manor has recently acquired new management which has been very helpful! When we first moved in, we noticed a lot of grime and trash in the apartment hallways, and around the property that we were surprised about. But since new management has taken over, they have made sure they have kept the building looking nice, promoted community engagement, and have been very responsive via email. We are constantly getting updates each week on what they have been working on. We fully expected our rent to jump dramatically (which makes sense if we are going to be living in a more well-kept building). It only increased by $50 and we are able to sign a 15-month lease. It can be really scary when something like this happens, but management has been very courteous and understanding of the current residents. They have walked us through every step and it feels like we have been part of the decision process in a way (the emails, the suggestion box, the community meetings). Overall, we are very happy with where we have chosen to live.”

“Please Encourage anyone who's looking for a place to stay to lease. Do not invest your money in these. The property is managed poorly, They change things up in a blink of an Eye. The whole complex is affected with roaches. I've never seen them come out with any pest control. The new maintenance team rides around entering people's homes and asking them. Are they gonna be home tomorrow? After seeing what they have in their home. Have videos. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. I moved here not having anywhere to stay. I really deep down inside wish I never have moves here. I pray to god that he removes any and everything that has been placed on me since i've been here. The neighborhood is not a nice place to have any child. They play Loud music, they drive. Their cars very fast up-and-down. Like there's no speed bumps out here. The license office always making change to the parking policy. But you could not get them to fix anything. That needs to be fixed unless you catch them. Riding around on the golf cart and stop them. I encourage anyone who's looking for a place please please do not go here. God bless.”

“The amenities and renovated units are ok. Renovations are shoddy, not very well done at all (gaps all along the baseboards, carpeting not glued down very well on edges, etc). All the gaps in the baseboards also definitely did not keep the COCKROACHES AND BEETLES OUT. This place is riddled with roaches. During the summer especially, good luck walking to your car without almost stepping on them. And trash policy isn’t very well enforced so neighbors are allowed to just leave 3+ bags of trash out. Be prepared to live in an “experiment” if you have issues with bugs. Terminix was in my unit at LEAST three times, and one of those times while I was out of town with absolutely no warning the day before Thanksgiving, except a note with the date of service left on the stovetop. I did not request this visit nor was I aware they were going to enter my unit. This complaint was filed alongside another request for Terminix to come out and was promptly played off/ignored like it was routine or okay for this to happen. Also, I’ve never been more disrupted by maintenance/vendors than I have at this place. They are CONSTANTLY going into everyone’s units and doing “maintenance” or having to mess with the fire alarms for seemingly no reason (I.e. it’s preventative maintenance). Maintenance and vendors aren’t respectful AT ALL of people who work from home. If you work from home, don’t live here. Rent is high enough that stuff like this should not be a problem or that complaints should be taken seriously, not just typed into an internal system. This is ridiculous. If you want a Camden, go to Asbury Village. This place is not worth the money. EDIT: I have called and filed complaints multiple times, I emailed about the trash, and I filed a complaint with corporate. All with lip service and a lot of typing. I'm not going to waste my time venting when, at the end of the day, I continue to pay $1557 every month for subpar living.”

“We took a tour of the community in April and moved in at the beginning of May. Andrea and Denix assisted us throughout the application and move-in process, making things a breeze with prompt communication all around. When we moved in, our apartment had been thoroughly cleaned and everything was in working order. We are in love with our new home and can not wait to see what else Oxford Square has in store for us!”

“The bad out weighs the good for my family. While the staff is great we feel the property lacks the value of other properties nearby. No fencing has created a slew of vandalism and other theft reported crimes like cars being stolen or damaged and the property used to have a security fence but it doesn’t have this now. The gym was broken into more than once, the package pirates is a major issue here. With the expansion of the rail system from Virginia to Raleigh the likelihood of increased crime is high. This is a garden community and it has been reported large rats and at least one copperhead on the property in fall of 2023. The property after 10pm is really quiet except for domestic violence issues which certainly plague apartments. The water here runs off really well at this community but near the building it pools and the fear of water entering the building during this extreme weather we have had is very big concern. The car wash doesn’t offer anything but high pressure water during the no winter months and the vacuum cleaner doesn’t ever work super great but the air hose seems to typically operate well. The closest Amazon lockers is at the mall and reviews show it too has been broken into. Being closer to the highway is great and you can’t hear that traffic, but there are cars in the area racing on the streets after 10pm. Raleigh itself restricts obtaining an appointment for gaining a new ID so you may have to travel a few hours to another city to get to an appointment booked online 3 months in advance. The weather here is really nice all year lots of quiet rain in the evenings and if you love the mountains you are only a few hours away and the beach is 2 hr drive which is nice to have the opportunity for both for a fun day or weekend break.”

“WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Our experience living here has been pretty disappointing. I would rate this place zero stars if I could. The valet trash service here is AWFUL! It's a TOTAL SCAM. They barely ever operate and they only take two bags a night. They have so many ridiculous rules around valet trash. We still end up taking out our own trash several times each week because the service is inadequate. Why are we paying for a trash service when we still have to take out our own trash?!?! The pool is way too small for the number of residents and it's always crowded. There's always bugs in our apartment and pest control is lousy. The management staff here have poor attitudes and terrible customer service. The package area is a MESS!!! At our old residence packages were placed in secured locked containers FOR FREE. Here your packages are left out in the open of the package room for anyone to steal unless you want to pay an extra monthly charge. They charge you for everything here (money hungry crooks). They don't even provide cups for the so called complimentary tea and coffee in the clubhouse. Who provides tea and coffee and doesn't provide cups?!?!? They want you to bring you own mugs. This place is full of money hungry crooks. The rent is way too high for what you get here. I can't wait for our lease to expire. We will NEVER live here again, and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.”
