“Moved in a few months ago. Aside from being in a great location and being just feet from the large pool and jacuzzi, the environment is clean quiet and calm. We have had a few issues with tings as we were getting settled in and our service requests have been taken care of within 24 hours every time. Enrique in particular has been extremely helpful and friendly. Never fails with a quick solution to the problem. Seriously, the AC was down and within 12 hours he was here and got it running cold again. Can't beat that kind of service.”

“After signing a 15 month lease in our apartment my review for this place is nothing but good things to say. 1. The community is a vibe. A lot of things to do, amazing pool and gym, the cafe is clutch as well. Clean atmosphere and quiet for the most part. 2. Safe. Never felt once there was an issue with safety. 3. Although the promenade is really expensive it’s worth every penny in my opinion. 4. My only issue was the cafe service was shaky, always out of something, the leasing office needs to do a better job of answering phone calls and replying to email requests. During the day parking is a nightmare cars parked on both sides of the street clogs up the whole street but that’s not really an issue just a comment. 5. My overall experience was great I wish it was affordable in the long run or else we would still be living here. The apartments are really nice and I love the car charging stations as well. If you’re considering moving here and you can stretch your budget out do so, it’s a fun Community lots of people with dogs, and for the most part people are friendly. Had no issues here what so ever. 4 stars because I think the leasing office can improve on communication a bit better, the cafe could use someone who can run an inventory better and prices are a bit too high.”

“I enjoyed having a place here everything was great from the amenities to the cleanliness. The only issue I would say is the parking area but let’s be honest that is majority of OC. I like the pool set up and it was very relaxing. They had lots of activity areas overlooking the pool as well as places to bbq and gave some food and drinks. Would definitely recommend or get a place here again.”

Also, when I submitted my request to replace the caulking in my bathroom, it was done that same day. What a pleasant surprise when I got home and it had already been done. “I've been living here for a few months now. The units are practically soundproof as I don't hear any of my neighbors. The apartments themselves are nice and everything about the building feels pretty safe and secure. The office management is always super helpful with anything I need, and have been a great help. Every single restaurant I've been to within the area has been delicious, not to mention that basically every fast food chain is within 5 minutes. The amenities like the gym and pool are incredible. There are smart thermostats as well as auto locking door locks which is very nifty. The first downside is parking. Guests need to park across the street as the guest parking spots in the garage and outside the front office are always full. With the 2 bedroom apartment, you're only given one parking space and need to pay $150 a month for another parking space, which is very odd. The 2nd downside is that the living room and bedrooms of the apartments, or at least mine, don't have ceiling lights. There are ceiling lights around the apartment like the bathroom and the kitchen just not in the aforementioned rooms. What's even odder is that the wiring exists and is setup ready to go for those rooms, it's just that the lights themselves don't exist. The last downside is that it's $75 to be let back into your apartment if you forget your key once the office closes which is pretty steep, and there is no 1st time warning. Update: Management seems to be actively trying to improve the guest parking situation. There is a new app that must be used and people are towed when they improperly parked which is great to see.”
