Unfortunately, there's been persistent noise disturbance from my next-door neighbor, specifically due to their loud TV from 10 pm to 3 am. This disrupts the peace in both my master bedroom and living room. Despite polite requests, the issue persists, affecting my family's mental well-being and, more importantly, our ability to get a good night's sleep. “I've been living here for about a year so far, and I wanted to leave my honest review. The amenities are for the most part great. I have no complaints about the pool - it's spacious and looks nice. The Amazon hub room works great. The elevators are always working (in my experience). However, the gym is awful. They have lots of machines and dumbbells, but they don't keep the gym clean and we NEVER have clean towels to use. Also, we can't use the benches properly since they are always missing pieces. Some neighbors leave trash outside of their apartments and outside of the trash chute. There is always a smell of marijuana in the hallways. Kids are loud and there are a LOT of kids playing in the afternoon, knocking on doors, and being loud. We can hear everything through the thin walls, and if our downstairs neighbors play music, my apartment floor will vibrate which is really annoying. The gates are almost never working and gates have to remain open. Pest control is a joke - I keep my apartment as clean as possible and I still see roaches running around sometimes, it's gross. Also, alarms will go off for no reason! The staff is great for the most part. The apartments look nice and they include door alarms, roof fans, and tons of storage shelves. I have never experienced theft here thank God, so I would say it's safe to live here based on my experience. Maintenance is fast and helpful (except pest control).”

For the record my wife’s car has been broken into, there has been assaults with a deadly weapon. The management have no action plan on keeping this place safe. “I have been living at the Revl Heights for 4 months now and it has been an amazing experience. Since my first visit I received great support and service from the management team. They made an extra effort in order for me to get the apartment I wanted. The building has a great infrastructure, leisure area, maintenance service, not to mention the view! Although I had my difficulties as a new resident, Jan, the Property Manager and Assistant Manager have been amazing in addressing an rectifying any issues that I have had. Jan is so sweet and genuinely seems to care about the experience that prosects and residents have. The Property Manager and Assistant Manager seem to be very reasonable people who are solution oriented. I can't speak too much on the experience of living here because i have only been here for about a week but the interior of the units are nice . The pricing and location is also a bonus. The amenities are a plus as well, the gym even has a stair master!! Interested to see how my stay goes.”

If the problem wasn’t fixed immediately they would work on it until the job was completed correctly! I had the added luxury of having Jennifer, Robert, and Andrea all collectively welcome and accommodate me with great communication, prompt resolutions to my concerns and accommodated us with a unit most fitting for our needs and lifestyle. I commend Jennifer for never over-promising but surely over-delivering on our expectations throughout our stay here. I’ve appreciated the communication and timeliness of our maintenance staff always very kind and approachable. Everything is NEW, despite being around so much, it’s relatively quiet as well. We look forward to our stay and time with Soneto on Western. This is a tour we will never regret taking. Thank you for the wonderful experience and accommodation we truly feel home every day! “The apartment building itself is very well-built and renovated. The insides of the apartments are wonderful, and they do not feel cheaply made. Nevertheless, it suffers from constant issues with cleanliness. The management is made up of a bunch of the most incompetent people I have ever met. They are only friendly until you decide to rent. After that, they don’t care about your issues. The EV charger that I reported multiple times is broken and has not been fixed in the 6 months that I lived there. Even though I signed a timed lease, I needed to extend it against my will, because I did not give them 60 days’ notice. It is in the contract, but it has not been mentioned by the leasing office even once. They will ensure you pay for every little thing with multiple hidden fees. I have rented multiple apartments in various cities in the US, and I have never felt cheated and treated like that. I give it two stars because the quality of the building is quite lovely, but it is hindered by incompetent managers and predatory leasing practices. Avoid at all costs.”

We never had to worry about them not responding to our maintenance request. For 3. We never had any bug problems. And for 4. No apartment is perfect but they were the apartment with the least amount of issues and with the best deal. It was a great spot to live and I use them as a standard for my new place and any apartment I look for after that.”

While there are still packages openly available for theft and the dog park occasionally doesn't drain out after a rain, this place is a great apartment complex to live in. The management as well as the maintenance staff are wonderful and attentive. The pool stays lively during the summer, neighbors are friendly, and the facilities are well maintained. The office staff has assisted me with several issues and done so in a very timely manner.”

“*Update*- I am still giving it 5 stars. I've received notifications when the gates broke as well as when there was a fire inspection. I am pleased to say that I haven't had any issues so far. I moved in recently and everything has been exceptional, relative to other reviews. I was nervous due to the negative reviews, but I decided to take my chances because I really loved the floor plan. Will try to sum it up and break down into categories so you can skip to the part that most interest you. Leasing Staff: Leading with the lack of communication. I don't believe Martina nor the Leasing manager ( Female) intentionally ignore and/or put off the residents. I honestly believe they are overworked. We have to understand that there are over 100 residents here so we have to be patient and understanding that there are only two leasing consultants. I do feel as if the guys do the bare minimum. I haven't interacted with them much, but the 3 times I was in the office, I noticed they were ducked off in a corner on their laptops. Granted, that could be their duties, but things would run more efficient if they would help. The first time I toured the property it seemed like neither leasing agent wanted to tour me, because they were so overwhelmed with work. I did get toured, but the only reason part of me wanted to live there was the floor plan. I decided to give it one last shot and toured again. This time, the leasing staff were energetic and thoroughly explained the property and amenities. Martina Barton showed me around and I couldn't have been more pleased. She informed me that they were having a move in special so I submitted an application the same day. I had a deadline to move so things went quickly for me. I submitted an application on Friday and moved in on Tuesday. Maintenance: I have no complaints. I've already submitted 3 minor requests and they were addressed the same day. Neighbors/Grounds: This property is so quiet and beautiful! The only foot traffic you really see are people walking their dogs. People do need to clean up after their pets though. Not sure why they don't; seeing that bags are provided. Everyone is so friendly! The pond is disgusting though. Wish they would clean it. Maybe even if it is once every 2 months. They even pressure wash the stairwells!! Unit: My unit was thoroughly cleaned prior to me moving in. I don't have any bugs or pests. I love that I have a storage closet on my balcony. I can keep my cleaning tools there. The only con is that the apartment doors are inside a hallway that echoes every time a door is shut or someone talks so it does sound extremely loud. I am ok with noise so it doesn't really bother me that much, but I can see it bothering others if people are going in and out all day. another thing is the washer. It is extremely loud even with the door shut. Again, this is something I can tolerate, but others may not want to. Summary: I enjoy this property and would recommend to others. I did get a garage to minimize any type of damage or theft to my vehicle. Not saying the truck in the other review wasn't stolen or broken into, but there are a lot of luxury cars that are parked in the regular parking spaces so I don't think this type of thing occurs often. Luxury being ( Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, Cadillacs)”
