“I waited patiently for and hour and a half the first time, 27 minutes the second. I hope the third time is a charm. 🤞 I rated three, because perhaps they're busy with those that have more problems than I do. I paid my $195 just like everyone else, but I wait patiently. I wish you all well. I came in to edit my ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, for Dr. Reichmann was fair, sympathetic, professional, and just an all around nice guy. He helped me, and I appreciate it. Now, I'm patiently waiting for my prescription to come in, and I can go about living my best life. I wish you all well, just be patient.”

“I would suggest this company to find your next therapist to literally anybody and let me tell you why; not only is it nice to do over video call so for me living out in the middle of nowhere it's nice that I can just hop on a video call and have therapy rather than having to drive over an hour or over 2 hours somewhere just for an hour. I will say there was a hang up as far as actually getting said therapist only because I have Medicaid and as the world knows you have to jump through thousands of Hoops to get a doctor when you have medicaid. So when I first tried to set up an appointment it got canceled right away but I was contacted by customer service within Behavioral Health to explain to me that the therapist I originally chose did not accept Medicaid but that they had other therapists that do accept it so they were willing to sit down with me and ask me what I need in a therapy session and what type of person I'd like to deal with and they took their time to set me up with the therapist I have now. I only have good things to say about this service and it seems like they have a whole bunch of wonderful therapists and psychologists that you can work with”
