“Amazing building. I'm so glad to have a chance to enter the building and watch the Borneo opera festival. The interior is amazing and stunning. The marbled walls, textiles all so beautiful. The outside is remarkable and amazing. The exterior is stunning and special, and landscape is beautiful. You can get a lot of pictures and videos there. If you go there during the evening you can even watch the amazing eater show at the river bank while enjoying food, local delights, drinks and all you want. This is a perfect spot of selfie, no matter as one person or a big group. Great area of locals and tourists to enjoy the riverbank view with this amazing structure in the background.”

“It's a nice place and cooling. However, there are several things that need to be looked into. I understand the floor is wooden, and that's not very ideal. It's super noisy, especially when people with heavy legs start walling or school students start running around looking for places to sit. Cleaning should be done at night after the place is close. Since it's no longer 24/7, there is no need to disturb students doing homework or revision. There are places with cob webs by the window that are not being cleaned because students are constantly occupying the place, hence making it inaccessible. The sofa seats are also dusty at times. The cleaning lady isn't very subtle in doing her job either. She's really loud when she takes a chair out and puts it back. To sweep the floor while people are there are just rude and not to mention all those dust flying around. Several toilets for guys doesn't even have a seat cover. There is a toilet roll dispenser without toilet paper in it, and no toilet papers can be found anywhere. Also, there are people smoking in the toilet stall, too. Not everyone does it, but once in a while, you'll get someone that does it. It's so bad. Management should install smoke detector to catch them really and fine them. A suggestion to install the "press to enter" device onto the Grand Balcony sliding door as now its on sensor mode and the sensor detects each time someone walks by it and the door will open. It's a waste of electricity since the door keeps on opening whenever someone walks by it and does not enter it. I understand that this place is open to public, but there need to be some sort of rules to gatekeep the place to prevent people from abusing it. There's one guy that will come everyday probably during weekday at 8am just when the place opens, will seat in his usual spot, turn on his laptop, and play games and sometimes even just straight-up sleeps there too during mid day. The space can definitely be freed up for someone who actually wants to study or do their homework. Overall, it is a very nice place to come to study or do work. I suggest going to the one next to the mansion phase 2 building to do your studying there. It's more peaceful and quiet there, too. Just that the top part can get warm and last I went to the cubicle there, there's no power yet to the cubicle despite the power plug being there. I urge the management to make improvements to this place as it's a really good establishment just lack of proper management. The security guard here makes you stand in a line as if you're in school if you reaches the place before 8am (opening time) and if you don't follow what he says, he gets offended.”

“Spacious place but tbh it's quite creepy if you go there alone because it's mostly vacant except floor 5 which is the office I went that day. The receptionist at the office is nice and patient.”
