“This place has no respect for others, especially the way they make decisions and handle papers. You can read all information carefully and progress toward making application, but the employees here seem to have the full right to turn down on if they have some personal feelings toward it. They don't need to tell you the exact reason, just say what you need to do next to get the job done (re-do it or cancel the case). The matter isn't the law, but how the employees here feel!!! Moreover, whatever government working protocols you're familiar with in the U.S., those aren't applied here and the employees inside this consulate building have the full right to make it different. Paper you bring from the U.S. with instruction on it may be useless here because this consulate has their own way of working. It's very frustrate when working with them. (I used to work a lot with government offices in the U.S. and I know how they're different from here) Federal employees should be paid more and be capable of doing these diplomatic tasks.”

“I here for complain to Lagnaj Police Station for Passport Inquiries, So. My wife has passport inquiry in Lagnaj Police station. she have all right documents. she finished inquiry after then they asked for money. his name is Dinesh Patel, & my wife said, Why i have to give you money? and they said. if you don't give money to us. i will not send your documents to passport office. and you can not get your passport. it's very bad. they bring my wife to Tea Stall for Ask the money. they suppose to do all pepper work in police station.She was scare. If women not protect in police station where she can complain ?? I hope you can do something. Please Do something about Corruption in Passport inquiry. in Lagnaj Police Station Thank You 🙏🏻 Jai Hind 🇮🇳”
