“The Lady Diane she has very bad attitude, when I walk in she told me wait behind the line so rude, also when I went to the desk she only asked me if I had an appointment and I responded no, and she gave me a paper how make appointment. The reason that I was there was because my DL is not been delivered and I went to asked if they can track of course I don’t need appointment for simple question she is very rude the people there need to be more friendly and also I asked the manager for a complaint sheet but loos like they don’t care. Bad experience I prefer go to Mission location they are awesome. Also the building is do dirty and sneers bad .”
