Top 4 Public Services & Government in Oklahoma

Hardesty Regional Library
4.8
( 8 reviews )
Open until 09:00 PM

8316 E 93rd St, Tulsa, OK 74133, United States

“It seems like the staff at this library is trying to push their ideological agenda onto little children. We visited the toddler section where our two-year-old found big board books with topics about: -- Drag queens having picnics with kids -- Two dads -- Overcoming pervasive r@cism as a minority -- Teaching toddlers about body parts, including the vulv@ -- Many other themes and concepts that would be more suited for intersectional feminism classes at colleges, not for toddlers It wasn't just that the library had all these books about progressive activism, but that they were all featured prominently and made up a strong majority of the books there. This is completely inappropriate and a travesty what this library has become. When parents complain about w0ke indoctrination, this is the definition of that. Stay away from our kids. We won't be bringing them back.”

Tulsa City County Library
4.4
( 8 reviews )
Open until 09:00 PM

400 Civic Center, Tulsa, OK 74103, United States

“We had our wedding at the Central Library and it was a dream, from the planning process to our very last dance with our friends. The building is gorgeously renovated, kept impeccably clean, and is a fantastic representation of Tulsa that we were so proud to show off to our guests. I have to give a special shout out to Nicklaus Ramsey, who worked with us on the event. He is so detail-oriented, very responsive to our questions, and an absolute dream to work with. Highly recommend using the Central Library for your next event, especially if you get to work with Nicklaus. Thank you for making our wedding so special!”

Oklahoma State Capitol
4.3
( 8 reviews )
Open until 07:00 PM

2300 N Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105, United States

“The Oklahoma State Capital is gorgeous! It’s free to visit and open on the weekends. There’s even a self guided museum on the first floor. The colors of the inside of the dome represent the state flour and the blue Oklahoma sky. The monument on top of the building os referenced as the guardian. I believe it’s the first state Capitol with a Native American placed on top do the dome.”

Sand Springs Tag Agency
4.1
( 8 reviews )
Open until 07:00 PM

414 Plaza Court, Sand Springs, OK 74063, United States

“One of the most impressive Tag Agencies I’ve ever been to. For as busy as it was on a Saturday morning, they moved people along quickly and were very personable. Maybe took 5-10 minutes to get my tag renewed. Just incredible.”
