“We showed up for my son’s driving test appt with no time to spare and we were promptly greeted by the instructor as well as Brian, the supervisor. Very friendly people. We ran into an issue with our insurance card and they patiently waited for me to call the insurance company and resolve it and then took my son on his test even though it was past the time and they were EXTREMELY busy. While we waited for them to return, we watched the supervisor help everyone that walked in with kindness, knowledge and patience. I’ve never seen better customer service given (and this is the DMV we are talking about). When the instructor and my son returned they very promptly helped us finish the visit with getting my son’s photo taken. Brian congratulated my son as we left. I would make a special trip if I lived somewhere else to take care of all my DMV business here. Great job you guys!”
