“This is my personal go-to library where they have friendly staff and fairly convenient hours too. Parking - plenty of open spots to park. Honestly, I love the low cost printing this library offers. Other libraries don’t offer printing. It’s only $0.15 cents per page I recall for black and white. Anyway, if you are looking for a low cost printing option or a good book, please check out this local library!”

“Excellent library with friendly staff. The checkout kiosks are upgraded. The holds are well maintained and very useful for quick checkout. There is security in staff always, there is shelter nextdoor. So there are people around struggling with homelessness. The staff are excellent to deal with any situation and friendly with all. Get kids reading early and a lot. Best thing one can do for them. Lots of graphic novels enjoyable for teens and adults as well. It's blessing all of us have access to nice libraries to keep up with reading all the wonderful books.”

“Great center, I had a conflict so went in a few days before my scheduled appointment. There were a lot of ppl waiting in line at 8am in the morning, but the front staff still let me in. The whole process went quite smoothly. It would usually take less than 10mins for the photo and finger printing, but with traffic, you could expect an hour. Also fill the page 2 of the biometric app receipt ahead of time would expedite the initial intake process. The staff are extremely friendly and patient with non english speakers and even offered a mask to my mother for her need. This is the best biometric center I have been to, I was quite pleasantly surprised and impressed.”

“While some workers are nice, the vast majority are arrogant and rude. Long lines at the scale and at the dump containers. I waited in the line to get to the scale more than 30 minutes multiple times. One of these times I told one of the workers one cashier is not enough during busy times, and maybe they should charge people without having to go to the scale when it's this busy and his reply was 'if you don't like it go somewhere else'. This place is the only county facility that actually makes PROFIT which we contractors, pay most of it. They treat it like a business instead of a service for the county residents, but if this is the case, they all should be fired, especially the manager, because no customer would tolerate this kind of service and rudeness from a private business, and there's no way the mgmt. doesn't know how this facility is being run.”
