“A wonderful place to escape and literally "stop and smell the roses". It is so peaceful and a great chance to explore. I had no idea that roses had sweet, fruity, smells! Very relaxing place to be. I deducted a start because not all of the roses have name plates so I wouldn't be able to know what which are, and the pond in the middle was a bit disheveled and not enough water for the fish. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and made sweet memories.”

“I think the new library is beautiful, but I really dislike the parking deck and solicitors every time I go there. There are very few spots dedicated to the library and it’s a very tight space. I hate parking there. I witnessed an accident too because the corners are such a tight squeeze, especially when two cars are trying to pass each other. Who designed this garage?? Every time I go I’m bothered by the same tree organization to donate money. They want to give you their speech every time too. It’s very annoying to deal with every time, so I visit the other library locations instead.”

“Great Apex library. We went on the first day of 2023 that they were open to check out the new toddler story time. Great experience but it seemed to be mostly the same as the older child story time, so it might be a good idea for them to veer younger. But generally it's a great place, very open, ample computer terminals and study spaces, and the parking lot is huge compared to the building. Quality library. A little out of the way from the rest of Apex particularly the southwest portion of Apex, so hopefully they put up another library nearer to central Apex so everyone in Apex has easier access.”

“Terrible service!!!! My daughter went for a student visa, but her form didn't have a barcode. They wouldn't see her, but wouldn't explain why. They wouldn't help her figure out why she didn't have a barcode. The supervisor called her stupid and personally demeaned my daughter. No one was willing to assist. Went to the office in Charlotte and got the help she needed with an incredibly helpful person. Can't believe that the supervisor caused my adult daughter to leave in tears when all she wanted was assistance. Utterly unprofessional.”
