“A short walk from London Excel Center, on the Elizabeth line. Expect high security, airport style. We were only in the foyer/media room. Lots of meeting rooms. Very polite and diverse staff which reflects London's population. We were offered a light lunch which was very considerate. The yacht hotel isn't far, lots of other hotel chains too. Easy access., lots of food and drink places to have a bite. The site has a café/lounge. The infrastructure is massive and space isn't used to its full potential. Could provide more services for Londoners.”

“I have used this station on numerous occasions for well over 20 years. Connections to central London are brilliant. I also like the layout of the bus and tram stops which are directly outside the main entrance to the station, very well designed. My only criticism would be the main entrance itself, if it rains heavily, the floor can get very very slippery and is quite a serious health and safety risk.”

“The staff were wonderful. I inquired about a new release which resulted in a lovely chat about books & other things. I used to come in to borrow books, cds & DVDs alot, but have been enjoying their online offering more in the last few years. The computers were also great when I used them in the past. The Ideas Store is a great place to come when you just want to be surrounded by books. I love that there are a few chairs to sit in too. There's always great displays which make me wish I had more time to read all of them. I think this branch is trying to do more events too, which is fabulous. Libraries are such an important part of our community. The Canary Wharf one has always been very friendly & welcoming.”

“Lambeth Town Hall is a beautiful place to be married in Brixton. As a wedding photographer I'd highly recommend it for registry office weddings in London. There are a choice of rooms for ceremonies and celebrations. The circular hall is the standout. Very close to Brixton tube and transport links, you can twin it with a walkabout in Brixton for some fab photographs. There's outdoor space in the courtyard for your guests and it's a brilliantly well run and friendly space. I love photographing weddings here.”
