It was the first time either one of us took this delightful ride across the Ohio River and back. The captain and the staff were so friendly. We walked on for a round trip, costing $1.00 each. Best bang for your entertainment buck and a good way to cool off on a hot day.”

“Very inconvenient when you get there early to use the garage because is snowing and they send you to the open I overflow parking because the entrance is broken. And expecting up to 5 inches of snow I can imagine how tonight is going to be when I come back to pick up my car. They need to be a little bit more thoughtful when the garage is empty and have enough parking and at least have an employee helping with the broken entrance allowing people to utilize the garage or having the second exit as an entrance.”

“Just a half hour from Tallahassee heading eastbound and this rest area is one of Florida's better ones. I like that there are not only separate areas for cars and trucks, but there is a second loop of "picnic areas" that are even further back from the road. Trees here are quite tall so if you're looking to get a nap in the shade, this is possible. Restrooms, vending machines, picnic tables, a payphone and a spot to walk your dog. This is good!”

Check in/out is fast, painless if (and only if) you obey rules and regulations. And NO, professional people are NOT trained to handle jokes (especially if they aren't even funny, I mean the jokes). Location is great, close to everything. Nearby public transportation is very valuable.”

“There is a replica woodchipper outside but inside the visitors center is the actual official woodchipper from the movie. You'll know it's legit because the one inside has autographs from the Coen Brothers who made the movie Fargo that starred William H. Macy and Steve Buscemi and Frances McDormand. And once you've gotten those pictures out of the way, the visitor's center has a super clean restroom, free coffee and all the brochures about the area including the museums, the hotels and the attractions.”

“This was a great tour. We had Smiley as a driver and he didn't disappoint. He was selected the best driver out of 75 others and you can tell why when on his tour. Smiley was very knowledgeable and I don't think we passed a building or monument he didn't address or tell you some history about. If Undercover Boss came to take a tour, this is they guy they select to teach all the drivers tour guides. The White House did select him to take out of country dignitaries when they wanted to take a trolley. Don't worry, he will show you. The 6:30pm (last tour) tour was amazing and you get a few stops to get out and see MLK, the Marine Corps Memorial and Lincoln's memorial with the Vietnam memorial. The cost is a bit high at $64 for the two and half hour trip, but Smiley help make it worth it. It's the best way to see it all in a short trip to DC. The daytime hop on/off would be better if you have more time. We flew in just after 2:00pm and after and early dinner we took an ride-share to the trolley start. Get your souvenirs before the late tour as it will be closed when you get back.”

We have thousands of visitors to Denver that ride the A line and this is the first impression of Denver that they get. In no way does this go against the RTD A line, but the lack of leadership in Denver.”

Purchased a $38.00 ticket to Central Camionera in TJ ONLY to be left stranded in the San Ysidro crossing along w several other people. The whole process was confusing, frustrating, and scary. Imagine my shock when I learned I was left behind stranded in ANOTHER country??? Then I reached out to customer service, and their representative was trying to argue/justify the situation. Also doubted what I was reporting. Overall just careless, and reckless and super unsafe. Save ya coins and ride Greyhound.!! ZERO STARS”

“Overall, an enjoyable tour with excellent area coverage. Ticket booth staff were helpful and provided good customer service. Most drivers provided an excellent commentary, although I would encourage a couple of them to slow down and enunciate their words (Note: I operate in an American accent so there was no language or regional barrier). The two top drivers/guides were (i) a young man originally from Texas who has made Hawaii his home, and (ii) a gentleman who encouraged passengers to leave a review if they found his service satisfactory. Both drivers provided good information combined with humour and the odd personal anecdote that helped put things into context and convey the spirit of Hawaii. For those wanting to get their bearings in Honolulu within a short time, this tour is of good value. I hope to take it again on my next visit.”
