“We always enjoy our visits to Jake’s, but tonight was far beyond the usual five star service - the food was amazing, the service was superb, but what took it that bit further was how two of the wonderful staff members helped my grandmother to her seat and then back to our car. She has very poor mobility and is deathly afraid of falling. As a result, she has stayed indoors and missed out on so many opportunities to visit restaurants and shops. She has admitted how lonely these past few years have been, and finally agreed to come out today with myself and my mum, who is visually impaired. Trying to aid two people with different impairments and disabilities can be quite a handful for just one person, but these amazing staff members really made this evening a delight and has solidified Jake’s as our family’s personal favourite eatery. I can’t thank the staff enough.”

“Went to this amazing place with few friends just for drinks. We got some pints (Estrella) and hot whiskey and everything was really nice. Friendly staff. And the place itself looks fantastic! It's divided for 2 parts - dining area which looks classy and drinking area which looks more rough (in a good way). Great place for couples, great place for drinking with lads”

“Wow!!! A wonderful respite from all the hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping. You walk through the doors and are made to feel welcome and valued immediately The interior is spectacular,make sure to visit the toilet. I know this sounds niche but it is fabulous. The food is all made in house we had the Christmas focaccia with candied walnuts (ADDICTIVE)followed by a chocolate orange is , to die for. Wonderful team ⭐️”

“Went with a bunch of my girlfriends and we had such a laugh in here with the locals and we even played snakes and Ladders as they had lots of boards games and a beautiful log fire going. In one of the other rooms they had a musican paying from 7 pm to 9pm and they had a few up dancing.”
