“I went for a pelvic Ultrasound on 29th Jan . I have had many as have been doing IVF for 7 years . I decided to go to a bulk bill area instead of paying and being out of expense this time. Very Busy and the staff lovely. The sonographer who was pregnant was nice however not confident . She was hurting me when moving the transvaginal probe which I was tolerating. However she left the probe in me for what felt like 10 mins while she left the room to find a colleague to confirm what was seen on screen. She didnt communicate that the probe will be left in or if I am comfortable . I felt violated . Being a nurse , this kind of investigations require to be treated with sensitivity . Edit: The manager contacted me today to apologise for the experience and sonographers are made aware to communicate to their patient during these sensitive investigations. I am impressed they manage to track my mobile number and contact me directly as I have a different name from my google name . Definitely will use this medical imaging centre again as they are proactive with this negative review to apologies for the lack of communication. The manager advised has liaised with the sonographers to communicate with their patients and ensuring they are comfortable during imaging investigations. Changed stars from 2 to 4 as impressed with follow up call .”

“A severe case of mri Claustrophobia brought me here. From start to finish, the referral appointments team thru reception to nursing staff and radiology I cannot fault the effort or ease which made this by far the easiest of all my mri visits anywhere. The nurse was very understanding and sat me in front of a calming view of exotic fish swimming peacefully while i waited my turn. I highly recommend for anyone who like me had mri anxiety issues and who need a sedation method. It's almost impossible to find anyone these days who will accommodate the many who have difficulty like me. Excellent service, carparking next door with very reasonable fees and easy to locate. Highly recommend”

“I have been to Paradise Ultrasound several times and have found all the staff to be friendly and helpful and you don't have to wait forever to be seen. The place is very clean, pleasant and eco friendly. But by far my last interaction with them has been brilliant! I've been in pain in both hips and my right shoulder for just over a year now, finally after trying several types of treatment, stretches rest etc went for an ultrasound and was diagnosed with bursitis in all 3. I booked in at Paradise for guided injections but can't get in until mid February 2024. They had referred me to another place who contacted me and have booked me in for the beginning of January 2024. I am so grateful as I have trouble sleeping mainly because of my shoulder but sometimes my hips too. You can't ask for better service than that. Paradise will always be my first choice with such exceptional service. Thank you so much and I wish all the staff there a safe and Merry Christmas and New Year.”

“it's actually a 0 star rating, the receptionist thinks she knows better than the Doctors, extremely rude receptionist who refused to make an appointment for me just because it was near closing time. I asked for her name so I can lodge complaint to their head office and she got extremely aggressive. When I told her I am going to write a google review she even go more aggressive. Disgusting service by your receptionist”
