“I had an extremely pleasant experience at the Round Rock location. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and got me checked in very quickly. I did not have to wait very long before the lady that conducted my exam came to get me, and she used my preferred name that I filled in on my pre-check in paperwork. During the exam she explained the process to my understanding, and she was very engaging. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get me in and out. The overall environment was very clean and peaceful. I would definitely go back here for service, and recommend to others to visit as well.”

“I have been coming coming to this facility for several years and it was always very slow to process patients and making them wait, but during the pandemic STILL make a patient wait for an hour is completely unacceptable! I was promised to be seen by an office manager ahead of time due to my next doctor’s appointment, but instead they made me wait for an hour! Whereas, other more efficient facilities take their patients right away with no wait time to minimize the exposure. I had to leave the place without a test done. Very inefficient facility that doesn’t care about their patients one bit and is just a waste of time! If you value your time and safety, my advice is to find a better facility, that actually cares about their patients as much as value them.”

“It’s Valentine’s Day! Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone! In this review, we don’t mention about the facilities, we mentioned about scheduling Department. It’s very frustrated 😠😡😡😡 and don’t have any words to say!!! It’s not a good day for us. We got an appointment yesterday. We came in and took 15 minutes to check in then waited for 30 minutes to be called. The lady, receptionist, told us that my mom’s appointment was canceled 😞. We didn’t know what happened. She said that she would call to figure out. Then I called the center to know what happened, the agent said that the schedule was set to the Doctor who doesn’t have license to perform the treatment so he scheduled another appointment for my mom today at noon. When we came back today after waiting for checking and called 45 minutes. The lady, Center Supervisor, said that they couldn’t take my mother’s appointment today because the doctor doesn’t have license to perform the test. She told us that she will have center supervisor called for scheduling another appointment. We told her that it’s the 2nd time of two days when the appointments were canceled. I took 2 days off from the job to take my mom here! She said that she is so sorry 😞 at the same time, a lot of people waiting there shook their head and looked at us. And about 30 minutes later, the guy named Chris said that he is from Wellington Location call to schedule another appointment for my mom in late this month with the license doctor 👩‍⚕️. Hopefully 🤞, we will get the right doctor 👨‍⚕️,👩‍⚕️ for the test!!!! If you are the manager or management team members for this company, please read this review and do it correctly to keep your business in the right direction. Please put yourself in customer’s shoes. Because you have ear 👂 and mind to understand after you read this feedback from your patients/clients! Thank you for your patient of reading our long problem.”

“Not sure if it’s true or not. But the employee behind the desk promised me that the only way I could have my mri done was with a physical copy of the order my doctor gave me over a month ago! It’s 2024, I have all this my chart app stuff and everything is digital. But without this single piece of paper……….. they can’t take an mri. Something tells me there is more at play here. But it’s ridiculous no matter what happened. How embarrassing for Orlando health. After finding this discarded piece of paper I was able to come back and have my mri. My Tech was great, but man what a way to start your morning. I guess everyone bring your paper work with you. Ya know, since it’s 1995 over there.”

Site was clean, front check in staff friendly and competent, equipment in back seemed modern, staff seemed competent in their use. But there was too much confusion in what I was being told from inaccuracies to staff contradicting each other. MD seemed especially proficient and explained every step of the procedure that he was about to perform on me. I liked that. His written report was first rate. It was quick and easy. I would go to them again and I recommend them.”
