“2023/12 Friday 11:45 It was full and I waited for about 5 minutes. There were about 8 people waiting at 12:00. I ordered the Taiwanese ramen super spicy (+¥150). The spiciness can be increased by ready-made chili oil, which is heated in oil to extract capsaicin. It's so spicy that if you slurp the noodles vigorously, you'll choke. The noodles and minced meat are contained in a rather small bowl, and the amount is about the same as regular ramen. The soup is a little small, so I finished it. I thought the taste of the ground pork was overpowering the soup.”

“I love this place. It has the A5 Kobe beef. It was awesome. No need to go to Kobe for Kobe beef. It's walk distance to my hotel. Not a lot of ppl when I came at 21:30. The place is pure awesome. The old chief helped me a lot for the correct way of cooking different kinds of meat. I really appreciate their friendly, patient help and instruction. If I ever came back to Osaka, I will definitely come back here not just for their delicious Kobe beef, but also their fantastic service. ありがとうございました。”

“New experience of having ramen. The chicken base soup is unexpectedly good. Very flavorful and thick (almost like a sauce texture) which go very well with the noodle and pork. I finished the whole bowl even the soup. Definitely will come here again next time I visit Japan.”

“2023/11 Visit after 12:00 on weekdays This seems to be the rule when everyone lines up. Luckily, I entered the restaurant without waiting and was seated in a private room with two tables for two. Fish (mackerel) set meal You can get second helpings of rice. Raw eggs, seasoned seaweed, and pickles are placed on the table. It is cooked to a firm consistency that goes well with egg rolls. Miso soup is also delicious. The store staff is polite and the operation is smooth. I think I'll try the fish set meal next time. Thank you for the meal”

“I usually prefer soy sauce ramen, but you can't go wrong with anything you eat here! The salt-broiled chashu noodles had good reviews, so I tried it and it was the best salt ramen I've ever had at a ramen restaurant. The grilled chashu is also delicious and not greasy. No guilt even if you eat late at night! I'm also grateful that it's open until late at night. There seem to be a lot of regulars. Everyone went home so satisfied that it was difficult to decide what to eat each time. I feel like I can see it coming. When it comes to ramen, I like it piping hot and slightly firm. It's extremely cool. Even in this cold, it stays hot until the end. I think Mikunigaoka is the most delicious among all of Berashio. It was a feast.”
