“This is a great store for women as they also have paper aprons.”

“5 minutes walk from Hakone Yumoto Station along a back street. I went to Hakone Yumoto's famous Chinese restaurant "Yumoto High Color Chinese Nissei-tei"♪ This is a Chinese restaurant that everyone recommends that you should try at least once when you come to Hakone Yumoto. It seems like the restaurant is family-run and the taste has been passed down from generation to generation. The prices are reasonable and you can order half sizes of everything, so please order a few and enjoy the taste of "Nissintei"! My personal recommendation is the chashu noodles. The chashu is really delicious. The noodles are curly and go well with the soup. The soup is also irresistible with its gentle dashi stock. The next recommendation is gyoza🥟! The meat is juicy and the skin is chewy, making it the best dish. Also, although quantities are limited, you can also order half of the Kakuni, so be sure to give it a try. Well, overall, it has a somewhat nostalgic taste that makes you feel warm. By the way, there are quite a few lines on Saturdays and Sundays. There is a nearby coin parking lot, but it is surprisingly full, so be careful.”

“This was my first time trying Chukasoba. My friends and I (4 of us) arrived at around noon on a Monday and there was a small line outside. We waited about 20 mins before we inside. Once inside, you order at a machine with no pictures (so be warned!). My wife ordered the Shoyu Chukasoba and I ordered the Shio. The noodles were firm and the meat was delicious. The reason why I am giving 4 stars is because the soup in my Shio was overpowered by the flavor of the meat, and as a result the soup became a little bland. The flavor of the Shoyu soup was strong though, and it was very tasty, so if I ever come back I will order that instead. Overall, I recommend this place for those who want to try high quality Chukasoba!”

“A jiro-style ramen, with thick チャーシュー, and nice & firm noodles. The ordering system has the same options as Jiro, you are asked to choose the amount of vegetables, garlic, sauce and “Bratlfettn” you want. The comparison might only be understandable for those familiar with Austrian cuisine: it’s like a ‘Schweinsbraten’ but instead of Sauerkraut you have bean spouts. And instead of Semmelknödel, you have noodles. But otherwise it’s the same! If you go for the first time, order the Mini Ramen. It will be plenty.”

“I took the eel (above) home. When we arrived a little earlier than scheduled time, the shop was just about to be filled with containers and the inside of the shop was filled with a wonderful aroma. Even though it was a disposable container, each item was individually wrapped in nice wrapping paper from the store. When I hurried home and opened it, the eel was so big that I couldn't see the rice on top. It was a very delicious unagiju with a mildly sweet sauce that had a slightly strong soy sauce on it. Thank you for the meal. I want to eat it again.”

“Of course, the loin cutlet is delicious, but the cream croquette is also exquisite. It's filled with seafood and the aroma of the ocean spreads in your mouth. I would like to try a rare part that is available in limited quantities, even if only once.”

“I used to give up on holidays due to the queue. I happened to have time on a weekday, so I visited. First, buy a ticket at the ticket vending machine. A separate ticket must be purchased for Chariyaki. Delivery was quick. The soup has a rich miso flavor, so your taste may differ. It's my favorite soup. If you eat at the counter, you will need to help raise the bowl to the next level.”

“Was recommended their charsiu - grilled on the spot to perfection, a perfect companion to any noodle. My friends had the salt ramen, and also the miso tsukemen. If I came back again, I would order the tsukemen too -- umami, and well balanced with the dipping sauce and noodles being separate. I had the taiwan mazesoba - a good kick of spice, and instantly devoured!”

“Flavored and dried sardines mazesoba 950 yen This is Menya M, which focuses on creative Chinese noodles. I wonder if they have settled on dried sardines recently. Umikun Soba, which has been around for a long time, still exists today. This time I ordered dried sardines mazesoba. A side meal comes for free. The taste is quite strong soy sauce, which removes the smell of dried sardines. And oil. Ingredients include chashu, onions, green onions, and dried sardines. I wonder if the dried sardines are roasted? It has a crispy texture. The noodles are chewy. Those who like strong flavors and strong flavors may find this appealing. Even if you add rice, it goes well with the rice and is delicious. The niboshi soba noodles are chewy and feel like eating sweet noodles. By the way, it seems that Menya M has a relationship with Neko Cafe Misis, where they give out discount coupons to each other. The staff at Noodle Shop M has a cat cafe, so I'm sure a lot of cats will come to her...attracted by the smell of dried sardines. These days I have such delusions.”

“If you want to eat Onishi ramen, this is definitely the place to go. The salty but light soup and medium-thick curly noodles create a delicious harmony in your mouth. They come standard with about twice as many noodles as a regular ramen restaurant, so if you're a cat lover, you'll want to order harder noodles. The ramen is priced at 980 yen, which is a bit on the high side, but once you try it, you'll definitely be satisfied. There is also a parking lot.”

“We had a farewell party here with a small number of people. When I asked the older sister to take a photo for me, she told me that it was difficult because she was busy, and then the clerk stood and talked. The meeting cooled down in an instant. Even though it only takes 15 seconds... I guess it's a busy store with a lot of customers, but I won't go there again. You work in customer service, right? Is your job just to serve food and pay the bill? There are stores like this in the world.”

“Visited at 12:30 on Saturday, September 9, 2020. There were 6 customers in advance, and there were still plenty of seats available. There are three parking lots, but they are far from the station, so it's a battle for parking. Regular ramen is reasonably priced at 650 yen. I ordered char siu noodles for 900 yen, medium size for 100 yen, and tsukemen for 700 yen. The bowl arrives early after ordering, and the first thing that comes to mind is the soup. It's neither light nor rich, and it doesn't have any punch. Well, the noodles, curly thin noodles, go well with the soup, but the soup doesn't have any punch, so it's kind of weird. The chashu is delicious. Not too thick, not too thin The taste is neither strong nor light, Tsukemen and soup are sour, usually Tsukemen has more noodles, but here it feels less because it is one serving. The chashu is delicious. The soup is warm and the noodles are cold. It's like tsukemen or chilled ramen. The crowd that day was mostly elderly. I wonder if it's easy.”
