“We stayed for one day at their lonavala Majestic villa, with 4 rooms. Absolutely clean rooms and baths with modern bath fittings. Huge Living room + 1bed room + kitchen at ground floor. All bedroom were quite large ranging from 150 sft to 200 sft. Great wifi connection. Beautiful kitchen with cooking stove, microwave, clean cutlery, etc. Quick checkin by staff. Property is close to highway. Couple of points to note. The cupboards had the smell of napthalene balls which spread around the whole room. We understand that these are used as a detterent for pests but before guests checkin you need to open these out and ventilate the room. A few sachets of coffee / tea would be helpful. I know that this was not explicitly mentioned on your website but in a modern vacation rental this is a given not to mention a huge inconvenience early in the morning. Side tables near bedrooms are extremely dated. A few plastic table on each side of the bed would be very helpful. A staff member has to show the primary guest around each room, this was not done. Bathroom geyser buttons has to be highlighted.”

“A very good society located in outskirts of Gurgaon with peaceful environment. Many families are living since 2019 and flats are available only in resale. There are 2 entrances as per tower and visitor has to park their car outside. Pros- Premium and super maintained, good construction quality, layout is good, big running balconies, all flats are 3BHKs, good appreciation in rates. Cons- Village ethnicity and approaching is only from one side, club house is across the govt road, lees greenery, no spacious big garden for kids, public road in between the towers, too far from the cit, nearby sector roads are in bad shape.”

“Before buying any flat in the society, i would recommend to ask following things: 1- Maintenance cost(which is very high as compared to other societies). 2- Lack of professional management and response. 3- Common area electricity charges, club-pool charges, common area maintenance charges. 4- NDC (No dues certificate) which involves so many unnecessary charges taken from builder to fill his pocket. 5- Open space parking/ Covered parking charges. 6- Things to be included while giving possession to the flat owner. 7-club house charge 15000 in one night it is high other society charge 0 Try to take these things in written, then only purchase. We (residents) are experiencing then only sharing this review. Hope this helps.”

“We went there to have a small reunion of our M.B.B.S. Classmates. I was surprised to find such a cool place at Fatehgarh Churian Road which was just 1 km from the main bypass. There was valet parking available as well as free parking along free parking along the road. The first words which came to my mind when I entered were - nature, green and awesome. First We sat outside had snacks and enjoyed their open bar. Then we moved inside to have our main course. Everything was perfectly managed there. The staff was proactive and prompt. The food was as usual great Amritsar food. We had a bottle of absolute vodka for 4k and enjoyed it. Hats off to their concept of greenery. 👍👍👍”

Location which is at just the beginning of Gurgaon is the main key so that one can escape from the ruthless traffic of coty Great location. No amenities inside apartment complex other than golf course (need to take Leela membership for this). Spacious flat but I would space is not utilised most effectively. Ambience Caitriona is counted among the highest rated ultra modern societies across Delhi NCR region and is located next to Lagoon Apartments, Gurugram. The society id neighbour to Ambience Mall and The Leela Ambience Hotel and residences. It houses multi level quality housing and some of the iconic flats are lagoon/mini island facing. It has a mini golf course attached along with high class amenities.”

It has 150 office space, utility shops (coming up), 300 plus row houses of 4 and 6 BHK and 2/3/4/5 BHK appartment building along with podium garden, Montessori school, fully functional Anandam Club house with business centre, library, game room, card room, guest rooms, gym, yoga area, spa and salon and a restaurant too. A lot of open spaces. The approach road is through narrow lanes, currently not good , but i hear that they are connecting other end of the property to a main road on the other side and it will be direct access. Very few empty plots remain here. It's posh and silent once you enter inside.”
