“Booked an Airbnb here for New Year’s Eve weekend, lucky to get a good view and we’re able to enjoy the beautiful fireworks from the balcony. If not mistaken we saw fireworks from Marina Bay or Sentosa haha. Location was pretty convenient to get around in JB, a grab will take around 10-15mins to get to Paradigm, and longer for other spots. I’m grateful for this cosy and comfortable space to relax and make home cooked meals. Cleanliness and hygiene of the house is well maintained by the host, but the condo gym is under equipped unlike showcased in the show room. Hope the management will take action and maintain the amenities for the folks who are actually staying here.”

Do some maintenance man ? Your showers need attention. If you spend time on your presentation then the first impressions will last forever. Communication regarding the pool. Was being fixed ? You need to communicate with your client.”

“Affordable place for rental and accomodation. The surrounding is currently still under renovations at December 2023. You are very close to the custom but you are also very far from the custom as the roads is block by many works. Parking space is plenty, no problems. The mall is only so much as the place is quite quiet. On weekends there are some night market in the area, however it's expensive as they are trying to get the returns due to the low crowd”

“I stayed in block A2 on the 26th floor for 1 week, the cleanliness of the room was ok, the kitchen equipment was incomplete, I had to borrow kitchen utensils from my friend, a place to dry cloth was available but it was very high, so I had to hang clothes out the window, WiFi was available but the network was poor once, cell phone signal is also bad on the upper floor, signal is often lost. security is good, water quality is also good, comfort is also good, location is quite strategic.”

They are bus, taxi and subway within 600 meters. The only flaw is that there isn't a laundry and the closest one is about a 7 minute walk away.”
