“Property management costs are very high but unfortunately too bad service! When it comes to disputes regarding parking spaces, the GWS sees itself as not responsible and wipes itself off against it! Stranger's cars from dealers (without license plates) are increasingly being parked in, among other things, disabled parking spaces - The property management was informed about this several times and there was no processing. At the expense of the residents (owners), a towing service had to be called in to free up visitor parking spaces and parking spaces for the disabled. Update 28.06.21: I contacted the company. I am curious whether the topic can be treated positively. Update 27.07.21: No feedback received from the GWS! The email was received because I received a read receipt.”
