“Cheats and deception I have never experienced a more unprofessional company in the housing market I saw a house that they stand to rent out, but also to sell, the house has been for sale for a long time, so I said I wanted to rent it. The owner of the house would not rent everything out, even though it was described in the advertisement what one could rent, but we made an oral agreement first. Then it was not possible to get in touch with anyone at their agency, but after several days of calls and mail I got in touch, and I said that I had a need to know if I could rent this house or not, as we agreed to I had to come and pay 2000 zloty from reserving the house. After 10 days I was contacted and told that I had to sign an agreement that I would buy the house after a few months’ rent, and if I did not want this, I could only rent it for 3 months. Price to buy the house was 1,700,000 zlotys and I had to spend 10,000 zlotys to move my furniture to this house. I can see that this company does NOT want to rent out, they just want to catch a customer to buy the house, it has never been intended to rent the house but only a false ad to catch customers. I have since written several emails that I want my 2000-zloty return, but neither the 2 owners, ore the manager that I pay the 2000 zloty too, have answered me back on my mail. I would strongly advise people to trade with them and I have sent my case to the EU for false marketing, as well as informing Google that they are fraudulent in advertising. Google looks very seriously at companies that promote cheating and deception.”

“Don’t live here! You pay 1200 zl for administration fee (without water, electricity etc.). For this money they start mowing grass just near your window at 6 a.m. (In winter the same but with snow cleaning). At 3 a.m. just near your window starts noisy self-watering system. Comfort and sleep is not priority here at all. Also there’s no custom time rules for appartment repairs, so be ready to wake up at 6 a.m. because of drill noise. If smb turnes on music so all buildings can hear it - receptionist will tell you to solve it on your own. For 1200 zl (!!!)”
