“Poor support service. I called to inquire about renting business premises, a "credit consultant" took my call, seemed very uninterested and asked for personal details in order to transfer me to someone else. Once I inquired why she needs this information and consequentially refused to provide it due to poor response, she seemed to take offence, stating that someone will try to contact me and hung up. An agent did call me after 25 minutes, and the conversation took a bit more pleasant turn, however, she stated that they are unable to schedule a meeting with the owner or agency representative, as this request has to be submitted online. It seems like a waste of time and no way to conduct business, not to mention poor customer service and in case of the initial contact (credit consultant) - plain rude. 2 stars only because of the follow up agent who was able to keep the conversation polite, at least. Needs serious improvement.”
