“Edificio Nuevo The building is located in a great location close to the beach. It is an older building. Price was great ($230 for 5 days), and we got what we paid for. One cost that was not mentioned is the 35mil ($8.50) for plastic wristbands to enter the building. The pool requires you to wear a swim cap. If you don't bring one, it is 5 mil to use one. There are 2 pools and a kids' pool section. The water felt great, cool, and refreshing with lots of seating and a snack bar. The apartment 1214 has a nice view and balcony. There is good air conditioning in the bedroom. The electricity for lights and air is controlled with the key, so it is turned off every time you leave. There is great water pressure. There were no towels which we didn't expect, but luckily we brought our own. Nor any toiletries, but we expected that. There are plates and dishes, but no soap to clean them with. Coffee pot had no filter. The good thing is there is a wonderful coffee shop across the street and several restaurants with low prices in the area.”

“Hand of inconvenience with them. I thought it was just me but I see that others have the same problem that even if you pay and send the payment, they do not apply and out of nowhere they call you for legal collection. The attention is delayed, very poor and unkind, they send you from here to there and when you can finally communicate they send you a half-hearted and unkind letter with a fine and I don't know what the hell, all for making a query. It's a shame that the contract ties you down and is only in favor of them, because if it weren't for that I would leave right now 😪”

“Terrible real estate agency, all the time they were in favor of the owner, they do not look after the well-being of the tenant, their search is like licking the boots of the owners, do not take properties with this real estate agency, at the beginning they paint little birds but in the end they only want one to be handed over to them better than what they delivered and they are not mediators to resolve between the needs of the tenant and the owner, I always like to be through a real estate agency but I would never take a property with Alnago again in my life. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!”

“Too crowded the time I went. It was around 3pm there were bout 300 people sitting in a inner patio, some in a outer patio and a long line of other users outside the facility. Asked a man ( info giver) n said come back like in march to ask what I wanted to know.FYI, it was mid January.”
