“Ive lived in a Devcore owned unit for 6 years now and getting removed due to the low cost of my unit ( they want more money for doing little to no improvements) There are squirells inside the buildings walls and have been for over a year with little to nothing being done both preventitive and removal. Theyre being sold as condos to raise the price yet theyre not, they are dmall poor maintained apartments with mold in the walls and terrible electircal and antique plumbing. The doors leading to outside do not work as they lock and are unable to open...from the inside. Instead of renovating the parking lot they sprayed black paint in it to make it seem new. Same as the buildings exterior after replacing several broken bricks. So go ahead and spend 200k on a unit. But if you value your money you nay as well set it on fire as the entertainment from that would be worth more.”
