From time to time the elevators don't work properly (generally just one of the three). Besides that Avalon offers spectacular views, great access to subways, parks and local nightlife. Wouldn't rather want to be any place else. Thanks guys!”

“Joseph from Rentopia was an absolute pleasure to work with. Best apartment-hunt experience I've had in NYC by far. He was very responsive, patient, thoughtful and even met me a second time (after I had already applied) to take measurements. I did not love that Rentopia charges a $250 "legal fee" - this frustrated me since their leases must be more or less templatized. That said, in hindsight I think it was a worthwhile charge for an overall very smooth experience.”

They were going to close early because we were the only ones a little bit slower after the New Year's I get it. I was running late and they just stayed open and waited for me there was another couple there celebrating their 54th anniversary and they were so jovial and having laughs and hugs and the other room It was really just wonderful Perfect day for a first date absolutely Get the fried calamari it's fantastic It's nice and light breaded on the outside with just enough sea salt and a soft simple inside It's the way calamari should taste definitely get it My salmon was cooked perfectly We had duck as well which was unbelievably It's a little rich to eat the whole thing for me but boy it's just perfect if you have some love duck it's really good They bought us after dinner drinks for the anniversary as well”

There is a water in front of building so air is always fresh. Building has great management, Ashley Hernandez was always helpful, positive and kind. There is also gym, pool with no amenities fee. SI Urby is great choice for its price.”
