“Extremely unprofessional ! As many professionals who are moving to Stuttgart, I am in a need of a home for my family and the house market here is bad. There is a lot of demand and very little supple. So ...it is a wonderful opportunity for real estate agency to make easy money. This one seems to be well rated, so I turned to them for temporary housing assistance. So far, my experience has been a nightmare- I am a very seasoned expat and have lived on 3 continents in many countries... also moving to Germany for the third time. After my I filled out a online form for a apartment that I was interested - I received an email after 2 days that this apartment is not available, with a list with some available ones. So far ok. I filled out again my details on the same online form to book another one. An answer came that they need the passports and my employment contract so they can process the booking. I sent them. The next day, I received an email that I can not rent this apartment, because it is usually rented on 15 day of the month and I wanted to rented from the 30 day of the month. I wanted to schedule a viewing on the 15 day of the month, but then it turns out that that there is another reason I can not rent this apartment - it is because it rented for min 3 months and I wanted to rent it for one. Fine. I will rent it for 3 months. BUT the can not reserve the apartment for me till the end of the month. They did send me a very professional looking video of an apartment. I had a phone call with the agent and it was very unpleasant- she was absolutely robot like ( may be it was a robot) who was not sure on anything- simple question - like can I rent this apartment were really difficult for her. I demanded to talk to a manager and there was none available. Again, this people have my personal and highly sensitive info. At this point, I started to think that this is a fraud and this people are extortionists. But then I received an email that - yes, oh miracle, I can rent the apartment , of course, there was a condition. They sent me that contract that I need to signed online, again with condition to signed in the next day, if not they are putting the apartment again on the market. There is neither list of the furniture, no description of the inventory. I demand one and I am told apologetically that this is the contract. I need to give them an obscene amount of money for this apartment , I can not see it, there is not list of the inventory...at this point I am taking legal actions for fraud. But in the mean time, they wrote to offer me to buy some 1 tower for 60 EUR. Then again, there was other email - that to ask me for a bit more of my time so they can offer me an other deal!!! Extremely good deal for me... more non sense and a few hours that they can keep their word as sign of their great customer service.”
