“We spent 9 days in apartments Bahar 1 Tower (JBR) with our family of 4. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there. The only thing we would have liked was a dishwasher. The location was excellent. The JBR beach was a 5-minute walk away, and the view from the windows was amazing. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby. It was a 15-minute walk to the Marina Mall and the metro station. The host sent us very helpful and informative instructions, was always available, and quickly resolved any minor issues. We had a great time. We highly recommend these apartments.”

“Sadly I have to say it , I'm new to the country and was thinking of Investing with Nakheel first they have no proper parking for the clients ( Red Flag ) small reception (Red flag) employees they have no idea what they are doing and I see them keep on sending people away to get online service so they don't have to do the job ( big Red flag) I've decided to keep my money and think of Investing somewhere else ..looks like useless customer service and not a good place to be involved with.”

“One of the best residence on the palm. Excellent place to stay long or short term. Very family and kids friendly. The huge private infinity pool inside accompanied by a jacuzzi. The pool is open until 10pm and safe for little kids. The private beach area is very clean and has chaise-longue chairs with umbrellas. There is a playground right on the beach. All the territory is very green and sparkling clean. There is a shopping mall near by walking distance as well as small convenient store right on the residence territory.”
